A lot of people here talk about having pain for a long time.

I only had pain in the area of the newly formed dents on my left side for two weeks, now it is gone.

I have not been masturbating (if so only very gently) so as not to aggravate and i feel if i am rough the pain will return but really despite the bit of curve that has developed and the little dent/deformation it feels fine.

The pain only returns in those areas after i'v tried light stretching so i think i might not do traction even though its recommended.

Does the fact that i have not had consistent pain mean that what i had was only a very acute case and that perhaps the disease won't progress anymore provided i am careful in the future?

It is possible but no one can predict what this disease will do.

No!

I never had pain, period. Many many members here and men have little or zero pain from my understanding.

I only experience pain during progressive stages, and only while flaccid. Usually only for a couple of weeks at a time. But it is different for everyone, Peyronies Disease is utterly unpredictable.
