I've been on this forum for a while now but this is my first time posting. Here's the story, I'm 22 years old and had Peyronies for 2 and a half years now. But just started to get treatment after the amount of curvature doubled to about 55 degrees following 3 flare ups in the past 2 months also noticed a little narrowing at the point of the curve. At this point in time I cannot get a erection at all after seeing a Peyronies specialist that pulled too hard on my penis while measuring stretched length. This has been the case after each flare up I get I'm unable to get an erection. Is this the case with anyone else? Also the area where the plaque is is soft and can be pushed inwards even though the rest of the penis is hard. Every time this happens normal erections come back after 2-4 weeks and the soft spot becomes hard again but after its happened so many times I'm a little worried it won't go back to normal this time. Also I suggest anyone who gets peyronies to severely limit sexual activity as I tried "getting back on the horse too soon after a recents flare up and caused another one. I've just today been prescribed Viagra and pentox and purchased a traction device. Once I begin treatment I will update you on my results. Also have been taking ubiquinol, Arginine, carnintine, E , propolis, and fish oil and eating ginger everyday after reading somewhere that it helped. I think I was seeing some improvement after my initial flare up so I think the sups I was on may have helped but I can't say for sure. Anyway I'll keep you guys updated

In my opinion you are in good direction with your treatment.
The only thing I would change is Cialis instead of Viagra. Have some researches in the library and also forum experience that Cialis and Pentox will give better results than Viagra and Pentox.
I am using Viagra for intercourse, and daily Cialis

The only reason I will most likely be using Viagra is because I'll be saving $100 a month but I appreciate the advice, I will be trying both. Also would like to add that natural erections are almost back to normal. Will be as careful as possible bot to aggravate it any further. Starting on pentox and Viagra as of tomorrow.

Hello fightingthis,

I completely agree with James. At just 22 years old, Cialis may be a better choice over Viagra. I understand the difference between prices,  however it is directly related to your health. Cialis is a long acting drug which can remain in your blood for up to 36 hours compared with Viagra which it effects can last about 4 hours. Therefore, in time, you may be need to increase the dose of Viagra to achieve same efficacy. Because you are young, long term effects of using Viagra can appear which affects multi organ systems.
