I've been extremely active in my oral regiment;

500mg L-Carnitine,
120mg Gingkgo Biloba,
100mg Co Q-10,
50mg Zinc,
1 capsule of B Complex,
800mcg Folic Acid,
500mg L-Arginine,
800mg Pentox,
400 IU Vitamin E,
10 - 20mg Tadalafil,
325mg Aspirin.

Should I cut back?
Loss of erections since 2014.
Slight bend to left, used to be straight.
8 Hrs of Phallosan Forte daily.
20mg Tadalafil from River Pharmacy daily.
Two unique c*ck rings for maintenance.
Erection quality sufficient for s*x when all used together.

Add milk thistle for your liver?

Why are you taking Aspirin?  I would drop that if you are concerned because it is known for being hard on the liver.

UrsusMinor

Not at all clear that aspirin is hard on the liver, although many people believe that. Tylenol (acetaminophen or paracetamol) is brutal in effects on the liver.

Aspirin has been incriminated in the past, especially in people with existing liver or kidney disease, but it now appears that from many, aspirin can be benign or even beneficial:

It's a judgement call, but I take aspirin.

I never, ever, under any circumstances, take Tylenol.

As to the rest of your regimen, liverwise it is no big deal. But if you are worried about it, then as Neo says, add in some silymarin/milk thistle extract.

Sorry, I got Aspirin and Tylenol mixed up.

Hmm, I have a pretty close regimen. I am wondering of putting Tamofixen 20 mg once a day to. Is that a bad idea?

I am wondering about tamoxifen. Have you thought about that medication? I have posted my regimen here before, but no answers so far. Will you only use the medications for 3 months, or do people use medicine for the rest of their lives?

UrsusMinor

Most folks on this forum will be familiar with this study (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11446848) and the results, but when it comes to Tamoxifen...

PATIENTS AND METHODS:

The study included 48 patients with Peyronie's disease (15 acute and 33 initial chronic), randomized equally into two groups. The first group used tamoxifen 20 mg twice daily for 3 months and the second acetyl-L-carnitine 1 g twice daily for 3 months. The disease and stages were diagnosed and identified using a history, objective examination, pharmacologically induced erection, autophotography during erection, and basic and dynamic colour Doppler ultrasonography. Penile curvature, plaque size, pain and disease progression were assessed. The differences between the groups or between the variables before and after therapy were compared using analysis of variance or the chi-squared test.

RESULTS:

Acetyl-L-carnitine was significantly more effective than tamoxifen in reducing pain and in inhibiting disease progression. Acetyl-L-carnitine reduced penile curvature significantly, while tamoxifen did not; both drugs significantly reduced plaque size. Tamoxifen induced significantly more side-effects than acetyl-L-carnitine.

CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that acetyl-L-carnitine is significantly more effective and safe than tamoxifen in the therapy of acute and early chronic Peyronie's disease.

Tamoxifen? Here's the common and less common side effects (the rare ones are terrifying):

More common
•Absent, missed, or irregular periods
•decrease in the amount of urine
•feeling of warmth
•menstrual changes
•noisy, rattling breathing
•redness of the face, neck, arms and occasionally, upper chest
•skin changes
•stopping of menstrual bleeding
•swelling of the fingers, hands, feet, or lower legs
•troubled breathing at rest
•weight gain or loss
•white or brownish vaginal discharge

Less common or rare •Abdominal or stomach cramps
•black, tarry stools
•bleeding gums
•blood in the urine or stools
•bluish color changes in skin color
•bone pain
•decreased interest in sexual intercourse
•discouragement
•feeling sad or empty
•hair loss or thinning of the hair
•headache
•inability to have or keep an erection
•irritability
•itching in the genital area
•loss of interest or pleasure
•loss in sexual ability, desire, drive, or performance
•nausea or vomiting (mild)
•pain
•pinpoint red spots on the skin
•skin rash or dryness
•stomach or pelvic discomfort, aching, or heaviness
•swelling
•trouble concentrating
•trouble with sleeping
•unusual bleeding or bruising

I'm not too worried about my periods or vaginal discharge, but the rest of that seems disturbing...especially when the more effective alternative is Acetyl L-Carnitine, which, unlike Tamoxifen, is produced naturally in the body...
