Hi Guys,

I just wanted to share a resource with everyone that has helped me quite a bit with the psychological aspects of peyronies and ed. It's a set of exercises called the Healing Code.

I have no idea how or why it works, but I've been doing it for less than a week and it has really helped me get a grip on the fear, panic, desperation and other negative psychological aspects of peyronies and ed.

It involves saying a prayer for healing and then pointing your fingers at different points in the body while repeating positive statements. (I recite passages of scripture and say things like "I have a strong and healthy penis," while I do these exercises.)

Again, I don't know why, but this has really helped me to get a grip.

I heard about this healing method years ago, but was too skeptical and too afraid to try it.

Just last week, I borrowed the book The Healing Code from my local library and decided to give it a shot. I noticed a difference in my attitude toward peyronies and ed almost immediately. Somehow the exercises brought the whole thing down to size, and instead of letting peyronies and ed define me, it just became one of many issues in my life that didn't have to take center stage at all times.

I've let fear about my future with peyronies and ed turn me into a bit of a wormy, scared, quiet man many times, but this weekend I was able to just enjoy having lunch with my family, laugh, make jokes and enjoy the weather here in California. - This might not sound like much, but for me this is a really big deal. It's a breakthrough in a way, and one I'm very thankful to God for.

Instead of being physically present, but emotionally withdrawn into myself with obsessive thoughts about being a "failure" and being at fault for having "ruined my life", I was able to put the whole thing aside and just enjoy lunch with my family. It was a good day.

Just wanted to share something that has helped me out. This is a big battle, and any time I find a weapon that is effective on any front, I want to share it with my brothers at arms.

I'm glad you have found a way of gaining perspective. Meditation (or prayer if you're religious) is a great method of reflection. A lot of men on here seem to allow themselves to be swallowed up by Peyronies Disease and let it consume them. And while Peyronies Disease is a crappy hand to have been dealt it's important to keep it in perspective. It could be a great deal worse.

Books and reading, or audio books, have become a major part of my life since getting Peyronie's. Books on meditation, like books by Eckhart Tolle, or even pick up artist books have been absolutely essential for me. I stumbled upon a lot of youtubers, including the RSD guys and its really saved me.

Starting earlier this year I've been going after girls in a way I never have before, altering my personality a lot in the process. Just the other day I had another beautiful girl over, showed her my peyronies, laughed together at my VED, and had some of the best sex I've had in a while.

It's not so much that I've learned particular tricks or secrets to feel better, but more that I refuse to not to make progress in developing myself. Books are great even if the contents aren't even that effective in practice. It keeps you on a path of self improvement, where you slowly learn to develop the emotional muscles to uplift yourself without relying on others.
