Does traction work on distal plaques?

I am still unsure if I have Peyronies. I have regained 90% of my stretched flaccid since my injury 2 months ago and no erect curve yet, but there is a strange feeling under my glans when I am flaccid.

Will traction work on the distal part of the shaft under the glans or is it mainly for the bottom half of the  Peyronies penis?
