Hello everyone I am turning to this site to attempt to possibly find advice. About 5yrs ago I woke up with a priapism and went to the doctor in the morning I finally got it to go down but discoloration was still there. My gp asked if I took any supplements or Viagra and I answered no I took all new STD tests with negative results. I was referred to a urologist (I guess he was a quack) and again he said oh it an std, with negative results he said oh you must be diabetic still he wanted to keep me on strong broad spectrum antibiotics while I would still get erect it would hurt and burn. I went to another urologist who was younger and he attempted to help but he referred me to Dr. Lipshultz in Texas. So I have to drive from Louisiana at least once a year to Houston to go see a doctor.  Finally after a few years I got to a doctor who first listened to me then asked me have you noticed a difference in size too. I actually did get shorter and thinner along with a slight curve finally on the meds I don't have the pain. But I don't take Cialis as much since it is so expensive. Does anyone have any guidance for me? Also now I don't have the pain near as much but has anyone with peyronies experience their orgasm hangs up or delayed or never has a true orgasm anymore. Unfortunately I haven't had an enjoyable orgasm in 4 years. Is anyone experiencing the same trouble the doctor is stumped on this dilemma of mine.
Also will I get my size back?

I would suggest that you need an ultrasound. Firstly to determine the extent of any plaque. Secondly to determine if it is calcified. Re treatments, Pentoxifylline is the first line of attack. It is only oral medication to have had any success in reducing calcified plaque. Also CoQ10 or Ubiquinol may help. Re your size, you may be able to gain some of it back with a VED. You can read about all the most tried and tested treatments on this site. It really comes down to whatever works for you.

Oh, and keep taking the Cialis, if you can afford it.

Yeah, the Cialis is a good idea. Even 2.5 mg might be enough. I cut 10 mg tabs four ways to get there, and that makes it pretty cheap.

I believe James1947 says that he gets a 4 mg dose by cutting a 20 mg tab five ways. (I'd like to see how he does that. It's got to take some real skill!)

Remember, the Cialis isn't for erection purposes, just to put more blood in the penis. So you may be able to achieve that reasonably cheaply at low doses.

The Cialis I got have a drop shape so it easy to cut the drop end, then divide in two and each part in two again.
As I said, not accurate, but it is working.

That's a relief to know. I was imagining you working with a jeweler's eyepiece and tiny diamond drills.
