Hi I have just had the Nesbit procedure done on 2nd July and I'm into my first week. Am still in a lot of pain my penis is still very swollen I can't pull my foreskin back. There is a discharge coming from it and there is a smell as well. I wake up few times every night with very painful erections. Is this normal ?

If you have discharge and smell, get yourself to the GP quickly. You may have an infection which requires urgent treatment. The nocturnal erections are not something you can really avoid unfortunately, but they can put stress on the stitches and delay healing.

Hi folks. I had the Nesbit procedure back ar the start July. I have had nothing but problems since. I have had leakage from it and a smell but thankfully that's cleared up. Now I have ed the doctor put me on sildenafil 50mls. I can get an erection with it but it's painful. And I can seem to be able to climax. I have no sensation and can't seem to be able to climax.
