Has anyone here ever considered phalloplasty? That is to say, cosmetic reconstructive surgery? I'm thinking about injectible fillers to recover lost girth. Does anyone know anything about this? I know it's pretty crazy and risky, and most likely I won't do it, but I was curious if anyone had any experience with it. Materials like pmma can be injected into the penis to increase girth. I know we have guys who have lost girth so I thought I would check in.

As far as I know the stuff they inject is a synthetic material which is toxic. A phalloplasty is a replacement of the whole organ / penis. This they can't really do very well. And it needs a pump to get erect and it does not expand like an actual penis but stays fixed in size. In this area I recommend to check in again in about 200 years.

I read a few articles in the subject of girth increasing using injection of ones own fat, silicon and other substances.
Non is efficient for the long range.
The fat dissolves, the silicon moves, some got a penis that have bumps in many places.
