Arginine, Ornithine, Lysine

Hi,

I can't find L-arginine here.

I found a combination as mentioned below:
4 capsules per serving contains :

Arginine : 1200 mg
Ornithine: 900 mg
Lysine : 100 mg

They mention in description like this:

" A precise mixture of amino acids that helps to support wokout program by building & toning the muscles.
Arginine, Ornithine and Lysine possess the ability to promote release of growth hormone and insulin -- the two powerful anabolic hormones that promote lean mass gain."

Can anyone advise me if this is ok to take?
