emasculated

I don't understand something. I've had this for one year now. And I know of my plaques since november.
But according to my doctor they are the same location and exactly the same size.
The pain went down considerably recently.
So the specialist told me with decreasing pain and the same size of plaque the condition stabilizes now and I can slowly get of any medication. Which I've already done, only taking Coq10 right now.
At the same time I noticed a slight tilt of the head in the ventral direction of the main plaque (undersite) around a month ago for the first time. I also have the impression it's getting smaller again, after already loosing 1.5 cm in the beginning.
How is that possible if my plaques are not getting bigger? And they've been checked every 3 months and the doc has compared the printouts, exactly the same... How can disease progress with decreasing pain and stable plaques??

My answer is from my own experience and private opinion:
*I had no pain at all but Peyronies progressed slowly for 3 years, stable 6 months and progressed again. So I don't know what is stable stage of Peyronies.
* My plaques didn't get bigger after the first 18 months, but the shrinking continue 3 years until started VED and later Pentox, low dose Cialis and Ubiquinol.
QuoteI can slowly get of any medication.
I don't know what are the medications you are using, I am afraid that if you quit taking them to early, some symptoms will be back.
