Atherosclerotic Plaques, Ejaculation, and Lactic Acidosis

I have a major proposition that I want everyone here to consider seriously. More specifically, two theories about "Peyronies".

Foreword about my symptoms: Acute post ejaculatory bending and inflammation in my penis, chronic bends and dents in my penis after years of the former. No acute bending or inflammation after masturbation, only ejaculation. Plaques appear to originate from my penile arteries on both sides of my body and then branch out all over my penis in cord like structures. These structures changed rapidly when my symptoms all begun. I have had a Peyronie's diagnosis based on only a physical examination. I also have terrible arthritis in my elbows and hands that appeared when Peyronie's started to get bad, I'm only 27.

*My theory,

We do not have "Peyronie's", we have penile atherosclerosis that has lead to atherosclerotic lesions. These "mystery cords" in our penises are arteries that have become atherosclerotic plaques. I can feel mine clearly as they run into my body on both sides. The cause is (among other things) lactic acidosis resulting from ejaculation induced noninfectious prostatitis. Lactic acidosis build up is a result of ejaculations. It is also a product of diabetes. Guess what happens when you combine the two? NOTE: I am not relating dietary lactic acid to atherosclerosis. Recent research has shown that masturbation is not good for the prostate. The old adage of "cleaning out the pipes" as being healthy, is not proving to be true. Wet dreams and semen leakage naturally clean your body out as it needs to, like any other animal.

The basic hypothesis can be summed up in the article below.
Lactic acidosis is associated with apoptosis, hypoxia, atherosclerosis, fibrosis, and raises transforming growth factor beta (TGF-B).
VED and other supplements reduce all of these things, coincidence?Quote from VED article - "arterial insufficiency... (causes) hypoxia and subsequently increased production of transforming growth factor-b, apoptosis, and collagen deposition, culminating in corporeal fibrosis."

When I stop masturbation for a week my penis goes through a phase of hard flaccid, then it becomes normal again like I haven't seen it in years. It is softer and hangs better. My erections look slightly better and I have significant reduction in hinging and flaccid bending. This is the same thing I see after VED usage, which improves oxygen saturation in the penis. I am reminded of the forum users who claimed that the mystery cords disappeared after VED usage, could this be simply from VED healing atherosclerosis?

To sum this up, I am proposing two
things, it is probably best to judge each idea separately.

1. Peyronie's is, or usually is, "atherosclerotic lesions and plaques"
2. A cause is ejaculation in a state of ejaculation induced prostatitis, via lactic acidosis, free radical damage, and the resulting hypoxia, atherosclerosis and fibrosis.

NeoV,
It is interesting, but I haven't bought into it yet. It is a lot to take in an I want to investigate this a bit further. I'm more skeptical of the assumption regarding this being triggered by excessive ejaculation. There is no scientific definition of "excessive".

Whether I am completely wrong or not, when we have had the best Pryronies specialist in the US misdiagnose a member of ours for "mondors", I think we have to consider this.

Very good theory.

My veins in the penis are bad.

I hav type 1 diabetes and managed it poorly for some time and had too much ejaculation the same time(trying to "counteract" depression).

The thing with ejaculation is that it is very strenous for the penis. Just try a VED session after ejaculation. The tissue is weaker and it hurts.

But its not the only reason I would say. Its also the poor state of wound healing in the individual.

Would you say just masturbation is bad for prostata or is the finishing via ejaculation?
All in all Im sure good circulation/erections are important.

Interesting.  I can't say I see any correlation between symptoms and ejaculation.

I don't think I am in any danger of diabetes or have insulin problems.

I wonder if Peyronie's is actually very different problems for different people that manifest similarly.

I have been curious about correlation between arthritic symptoms and peyronie's. I had a form of arthritis called Reiter's syndrome in my late teens.

My ejaculations have always been tied to Peyronies. I can certainly ejaculate fine, but I cannot be in what I would call a "surplus state".
Meaning I state where I have ejaculated too many times in a given time frame.

In the case of ejaculations, I get prostatitis and bending very quickly. I do not have diabetes either, I just want to make a point that is that ejaculation with a current case of ejaculation induced prostatitis may cause peyronies via atherosclerotic lesions.

Once again, I do not say ejaculations cause Peyronies. I am saying ejaculation surplus --> prostatitis --> ejaculation in surplus state ---> Peyronies

Reiter's arthritis (reactive arthritis) is what I have too I believe, though it's impossible now to know the exact cause.

My theory is that ejaculation induced prostatitis causes it. Here I am over a week without ejaculation and I do not have any pain in my hands or elbows and my penile deformity is much less pronounced, while last week I was nearly crying in pain.

I realize that my experiences alone do not mean anything to anyone else, take it for what it is and be open to experiment.
Lastly, if you have prostatitis with Peyronies, take a break from masturbation, ejaculation, and all forms of stimulation.

I read carefully all the posts and links posted on this topic.
I can't see how it fit my Peyronies.
My blood sugar is 70.
My cholesterol 90. (cholesterol suppose to make atherosclerosis)
Myself can't see any connection between Peyronies symptoms and ejaculation. I had never seen more bent or bigger/new plaques following ejaculation.
My first big plaque has an oval shape, not a chord like, so I can't see how it was a vein that developed in a plaque.
My second plaque it is a chord like, relatively thin, I am sure also this plaque didn't developed from a vein as all the veins I remember are still there.
The only thing I know that for sure have some genetic connection. My father got Peyronies at the age of 61, I got Peyronies at the age of 61. And in my case, the trigger was an accident during sex.
But as some always said, Peyronies is a very personal disease, affects people in different ways.

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.

I'm not so sure about the atherosclerosis aspect of this, but while I feel much better after an erection without ejaculation (or after a VED session), I very reluctantly have to admit that ejaculation seems to worsen my pain levels, and decreases my flaccidity and 'hang.'

I don't have any real theory as to what is happening. But it sure feels as if it's exacerbating my problem.

I've always had a lot of sex, some of it pretty rough on the little guy. Never really had any problem with it, other than a sensation of feeling a little bruised afterwards. But now even the easiest, gentlest ejaculation, from sex or from masturbation, results in feelings I have damaged myself.

So, I'm taking a little moratorium from ejaculation. (Not from erections, mind you. That's not really in my control.) I have to say that I'm feeling better.

I won't say 'everybody's different.' But I'll say that there at least seem to be a number of varieties of this condition. I seem to have the one where ejaculation causes symptoms to increase.

Oh how I wish that weren't true!
