Okay, here I go. Greetings!

My name is Mike. Here's the basics:

Age? 57
What did your medical doctor conclude? "Early Onset Peyronies Disease"
How long have you had symptoms? About nine months
What are your symptoms? Curvature, and right-sided hour-glass depression at the base of the penis. Pelvic pain that is constant.
What treatments have you tried and what were the results? None yet, just met with Dr for the first time. Have had ultrasound.

So, I am still trying to wrap my brain around this issue. My wife is very supportive of me and has been more patient with me than I have been patient with me. I was kind of hoping that the urologist would tell me "Oh, everything will be fine and return back to the way it was. No problem!" But that wasn't the case, was it? No, of course not.

Funny thing is that I can't recall what triggered this - can't really make sense of it. Though I do recall an episode during coitus when I felt a slightly painful collapse of my erection, but it was only momentary and was some years prior to this onset. The bend currently is at the right side of the base and causes a curve to the right and downward away from my body. Intercourse is painful, but there is a constant pain in my groin whether erect or flaccid - no difference. It's deep down at the base and not superficial or in my external genitalia. Probably the inflammatory process. Taking 800mg Motrin 3x daily to reduce inflammation and for analgesic effect. Somedays it feels worse than others.

Well, thanks for reading. I am glad to read some of the comments here, and I will hopefully have more to discuss with my doctor when I next see her.

From the forum experience, best results you will get from early treatment.
You must start now!!!
I was proposing you to start with VED, Pentox, low dose Cialis and Ubiquinol.
Read much as you can on the forum and make the appointment with your doctor as soon as you can.

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

Thanks, James.

I am waiting for my primary care doctor to put in the prescription for the pentox now. Have the Co-Q10. We'll see about the cialis as there is no ED (the thought being that the pentox may alleviate the symptoms occurring now).

If you don't have ED is good, but Pentox with 2.5 mg Cialis will work better to stop and even reverse the symptoms.
VED will help also, especially in the early stages to straiten the curve and to eliminate hour-glassing.

Well, I will bring that up today. My wife has a friend (RN) at my clinic, and they are going to squeeze me in today to write the pentox 'script, I'll bring up the cialis low dose idea too. Thanks for the suggestion! Got the coQ10, 300mg yesterday.
