For as long as I can remember my penis has been extremely curved. When I looked up what causes a curved penis I read about Peyronies Disease, and I was convinced that I had it. Now I'm not so sure. I always thought that I had a hard plaque on my penis, but after a thorough examination I can no longer find any spot on my penis harder than the others. I always thought my penis had an hour glass shape, and indention, but I couldn't find evidence of those either. I thought the black scar on my penis was where the scar tissue was, but now I think that black scar might just be a birth spot. I've never experienced a painful erection, and I don't think I've lost any size throughout the years. The only true sign I have now of Peyronies Disease is my extreme curvature. My penis curves well over 30 degrees to the left. My question is, is it possible to be born with an extremely curved penis? I thought that you had to have Peyronies Disease in order for the curvature to get extreme?

Yes, congenital curvature is entirely possible.  I explained this in one of your prior posts.  What was more concerning to us with this talk of a "black scar" - which caused all of us to be concerned that this might be cancer.  However, if you say you've had this "scar" for as long as you can remember, it's highly unlikely it's anything serious.

That said, if you're worried about the degree of curvature you have, take a picture when fully erect, then make an appt with a urologist and show it to him (while also having him examine your penis).  This will resolve ALL questions you have better than any number of postings on this forum will.

Please, go see a doctor.  It sounds like you're "all over the place" with this.

51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.

MrRed,
Yes being born with this is entirely possible. It is called congenital curvature. We have a board dedicated to this topic.
