Goodday all,

First of all lovely to have found this forum!
I'm a young (early twenties) single guy suffering from Peyronies Disease. Since the beginning of last november (so around 5 months now) it all started.
Initially just light discomfort during erections, thought nothing of it. Then progressed to the point that pain was so severe I could not even orgasm anymore.
So I googled a bit and quickly found out it can only be this.

Made an appointment to meet an urologist at my local polyclinic. He diagnosed Peyronies Disease, so I ask what can we do?
"Just wait and see, if it becomes worse make a new appointment." The hated answer we apparently all receive way too much......

Couple days ago I called to a men's clinic for (hopefully) a more specialised treatment.
Sadly they are fully booked till the end of April and my schedule doesn't allow any further advanced planning....

My symptoms are not so extreme as some that I've read but severe enough to the point that I completely stopped masturbating and even my normal nocturnal erections are considerably reduced.
I'm just thinking, I still have 50 years ahead of me, am I supposed to deal with this problem for the rest of my life?

Hopefully I can find the wisdom and information amidst this forum to solve this all. :)

Yours sincerely,

YoungPDGuy

Welcome youngPDguy
to this the unlucky men's forum
If I was you I should start taking pentox 4x400mg a day
Cialis 1x5mg a day as soon as possible to stop the inflammation  and use traction device 4 hours a day for at lest 6 month to stop this from getting worse I live in Sweden and order my medicine from this site
Goldpharma.com
But it is better if a doctor prescribes it for you it's probably cheeper for you

I will second Chris.
VED (and/or traction), Pentox 4*400 mg (can be also 2*400 mg or 3*400 mg), low dose Cialis will stop the progression of the disease and even reverse the symptoms. Pentox will help also with the pain.
I was adding CoQ10 to the above treatment.

Thanks a lot for the replies!

I want to start non-surgical treatment as soon as possible since most people say that during the active phase the chances are highest to (partially) cure.
However, I have several hurdles.

1) I want to talk to a doctor from a men's clinic about using medicines first. Maybe he has previous experience with people who either did some private treatments plans as well or he knows more about specific health issues associated with using these drugs combined or for prolonged periods.
2) Where to actually get the supplements?
I live in the Netherlands, as I understood it some drugs are only approved or available in the US?
Secondly I know nothing about websites to order stuff myself.....
Money is not really a big issue for me unless it becomes really expensive. For my health I'm willing to pay everything myself as long as the prices are reasonable.
3) Because of my work I travel alot and can't really take equipment like a VED with me all the time.

So my plan right now is to make a list of medicines I think would work, based on the experience of users here.
Possibly order some stuff already just to have it in the pipeline.
Then make an appointment with a second doctor and discuss the things I'm planning to use and what his view is on it. -edit: actually made an appointment now for the 24th of this month-
Thereafter actually start the treatment.

On a different topic: is it ok to continue to post here concerning my personal treatment plan and to receive your inputs or is there another subforum for this?

Again, many thanks for your efforts.

ps: excuse my lack of knowledge but what is traction?

Firstly, you don't want just any old Doctor from a men's clinic, or whatever. You need a Peyronie's specialist. He should be able to give a confirmed diagnosis. If he is up with the latest available remedies, he should prescribe Pentox. It may be a drug that you will need to start gradually with until your tolerance builds up - I certainly wouldn't start with 4x400mg per day - you could quite possibly make yourself feel very strange and just give up on taking it.

Other supplements, you can read of on this site. But they include Cialis ( low dose), CoQ10, Acetyl all Carnitine, etc...

Good luck, all the best.

@ James: 10 posts is not a lot TBH. I guess I'll open a new topic at the "Open Questions or General Comments" forums.

@ Jon: In my small nation it's difficult to find a specialist on Peyronies. The men's clinic I have the appointment with now are actually the biggest in my country.
As I said before, I prefer to not start treatment on my own accord without first discussing with a real doctor.
Even if he/she is not aware of some of the medications discussed here, he/she could investigate for me.

@ Willis: thanks :)

It is up to you how you will treat this disease, just my advice is start treatment as soon as you can if you don't want to get to where I get (and others that didn't made any treatment from the beginning)
