Hi All,

Just thought I would drop a quick note in here.

I am 25 years old, in a long term relationship of 6 years and recently noticed (roughly 1 week ago) the indentation in the right side of my penis near the bottom of the shaft. There is some pain during erection, enough that it interferes with intercourse because the pain is what I am thinking about.

Nodules are located roughly 2-3 cm from base and seem to be right in the middle of the penis, fairly deep. The nodules are hard and seem to be connected but there is a noticeable hump in between them. I would say the total length is 0.5 - 1cm.

There is almost no discomfort when flaccid. I can just feel the nodules there but it may be psychological.

I remember noticing some discomfort starting from maybe two weeks to one month ago during masturbation but I didn't think much about it. I am not aware as to whether or not the indentation was there then or not.

I can definitely say I have gained weight over the past several months due to both a decrease in exercise following a half marathon & winter months as well as a neglected diet due to routine changes.

I have booked a appointment with my GP today for next Thursday but I am going to do some research in a good urologist in Toronto. Any suggestions and/or general advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not even sure what stage this would be classified as....

EDIT: Just wanted to add that I feel as though this may be due to a fracture. I'm not sure when but I do remember that in the past couple of months I've bent my penis accidentally during girl on top intercourse with my partner. I also have bent it previously when I was a kid on multiple occasions and always in the direction of the indentation.

First you should see a good urologist and start treatment as soon as you can if you have Peyronies.
Impossible for us to diagnose that by reading the explanations about the symptoms.
You may find a specialist near you here:

Regarding:

This how my Peyronies started, if you have Peyronies it may be the trigger also for your Peyronies.
Weight gain is not a good thing in general, but not connected to Peyronies. Healthy diet will help to lose some.

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.

Welcome YoungPD

Like James said, see that specialist. Then start treatment, VED or traction and oral supplements and maybe pentox.

There is hope, but if you did injure yourself it will take some time, maybe over a year to see improvement, as in my case.
Be careful with your penis and consider it injured. Avoid over masturbation, but when you do masturbate or have sex, take a lot of care to make sure you are as hard as possible and the most "filled out". I made my peyronies worse for a long time continuing regular masturbation with a less than hard penis. Be careful!
