I have a bend/twist to the left of about 30 degrees or a little less the left

1.) Would I be a candidate for Xiaflex?

2.) He gave me a prescription for an extender, but explained to me that there is a lot of time under tension in order to see results. (But I was aware of this because I have been researching peyronie's and extenders for a long time now) Has anyone seen results with an extender?

I am new to this forum so please forgive me if I am repeating questions that have already been asked.

No one can tell you if you will be a good candidate for Xiaflex except a Peyronies expert after will make you an ultrasound.
Regarding extender or VED, both may help, you will not know just after a few months of using the on the day basis.

Sorry for a late reply. I honestly can't remember when my symptoms started. My penis has always had a slight bend/twist. I am 34yrs. old and remember as far back as I can. It wasn't until last year that I started heavily researching penis exercises which then led me to realize that one can have Peyronies without a major curve or non functioning penis. FYI, I haven't gotten into any type of penis exercises as of yet.

I have a mild form of ED since my early 20s.

I'm hoping that an extender can help me out, providing I use it properly

Could you have congenital curvature? Congenital curvature is not Peyronies

I agree with LWillisjr regarding congenital curvature.
You need to find a good urologist to understand what your problem is.

It is possible that it could be congenital curvature. I am meeting with my urologist on 2/28. I will ask him about that possibility.

Having that said, is it possible that an extender or pump could help correct the curve?

Thanks for all of the replies.

There are mixed views whether VED or traction can effectively impact a congenital curve. I would say it depends on your degree of curvature. VED or traction might provide some slight improvement which would be worth a try if have a slight curve. If you have a severe curve then I would be doubtful.

If you are not sure how to measure your curvature accurately, email or PM me. I have created a PDF file with images and step by step instructions on how to do this.
