I am not sure if it is a coincidence or not but my ejaculation sensation time is shorter after I had peyronies.  Has anyone experienced this?

I have always had problems with premature ejaculation and now I have Peyronies.  I wonder if they are connected.

Mine is longer. I have lost sensation. Either due to inflammation or the plaque, I don't know.

Maybe I did not explain it correctly.  I last a long time.  However, once I start ejaculating,  the sensation is shorter than before.  For example, if it used to be 5-6 seconds (approximation), now it is 3-4 seconds.

Since my peyronies progressed to its current level I'm lucky if I reach climax at all. But I never noticed a reduction of length of climax prior to my current situation. I have practiced tantric techniques since my teens, which can enable you to prolong the sensation of orgasm significantly. You can do this with a partner or by yourself. A lot of it is about understanding and realising that ejaculation and orgasm aren't the same thing, although they are very much entwined. I could go on about it, but there are better teachers out there. Have a look at this link, it is a fairly good explanation/introduction to tantric techniques focusing on men: Understanding male sexual arousal: physically and emotionally I hope that is helpful.

Litani, are you referring to the length of the orgasm (the feeling) or the length of the ejaculation?  I have not noticed shorter ejaculation but I have noticed that once my orgasms are almost entirely without pleasure.  I have a build up of sensation leading to orgasm but once I start ejaculating I feel nothing.

UrsusMinor

It's painful enough that I'd have a hard time saying whether it is longer or shorter. Certainly less pleasant!

TT08

I'm with Ursus, my ejaculations have been a lot less pleasant since developing peyronies but I wouldn't say the length of time has changed for me.

NeoV

Definitely less pleasant for me. : ( getting better.

Shorter to orgasm and less intense when I do.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

Do you guys also have less sensation before orgasm during masturbation or sex?

UrsusMinor

No, I don't have less sensation. If anything, I have more sensation--including a whole lot of bad, new sensations I never used to have!

Litani

Mine is similar to Thisismyusername.  Everything is well till I start ejaculating.  At that point the orgasm sensation is shorter that the ejaculation.

Guess I'm lucky, not really a change, still feelin good...

As blood sugar goes up, ejaculation time goes down. Insulin resistance is behind premature ejaculation.

I developed Peyronie's right when I developed insulin resistance along with mild premature ejaculation, so it only makes sense now that it's all getting better on a very low carb diet. I literally had LATE ejaculation until I was 24, and then once this all started I noticed things changed. Now it's much better and I'm really happy about it.
