I am diagnosed by peyronie's for 1 year now.
One week ago I took a chance with Cialis in order that I can have intercourse with my girlfriend. Well the first time I took it was GREAT - I mean except for the fact that my pennis is still turns 70 percent left and it's very hard to have sex like that.
BUT !!! ---> the second time I took it - yesterday - it did absolutely nothing !!! almost none effect at all.. this is so weird...  does anyone know what could be the reason for that?
+ I took a 20mg pill.

Thankx

All those medications (Cialis, Viagra, Levitra, etc') are not automatically giving an erection.
Needs also physical and psychological stimulation. Very much depends on your mood also.
I am also suggesting you to try to figure out what was the difference between the two cases, like food, drink, tiredness etc'.
Do not take more than 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra.
For me Cialis does not work for intercourse, Viagra does the job.
Are you doing some treatment right now?

James is correct. It requires a bit of study to really understand how this class of drugs work. They don't actually create an erection, they help hinder the process that causes you to lose an erection. Hence the warning about if you have an erection that last for more then 4 hours you are to seek medical assistance.

well.. same food.. no alcohol in both cases... I did pretty much the same things.. at first time
I got like "too much erections" and the next week I took the same thing - a 20mg cialis and nothing happened... damn :( by the way.. what is the difference between cialis and levitra?

nemo

Did you, at any point, think, "I hope this Cialis doesn't fail me?"  Because I can tell you, sometimes anxiety will outweigh even Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. I've seen it happen myself.

I've also found Cialis to be much more subtle than either Levitra or Viagra. With these last two, sometimes I'll start getting erect without any stimulation - just because of the moving around in my pants or kissing, or whatever.  But Cialis seems to be more subtle - definitely takes longer to get active in the system (something like 1-2 hours), but once I get an erection with it, it's a good-old Viagra/Cialis/Levitra erection.

So experimentation is in order - maybe try V and L and see if you like them better. Each has its merits. And don't ever (if you can avoid it) listen to the voice in your head saying, "What if this doesn't work?"  That guy's a jerk.

by the way.. does anyone have good tips for better sex in case I've got 70 percent curvature to the left?

Forester

@ Itamarzil

If I may ask has the Cialis helped you with your orgasm/sensation issues at all?

itamarzil

well.. still most of the times the sensation is very very low...
I can't even recall when was the last time I had a good orgasm...
How about you?

Forester

@itamarzil

Pentox and heating pads have helped me regain some sensation but it is still nowhere near being back to normal.  As I told Agent0 if you are having sensation issues with the penis it would be wise to give this Doctor a call:

Pain Relief for Neuropathy Pain, Joint Pain, Foot Drop, Pelvic Pain, Groin Pain

He is one of only 2 neurosurgeons in the world who can fix problems with the dorsal nerve of the penis if that ends up being what is causing your problems.  The only reason why I have not called him yet is because I seem to be SLOWLY getting better.

itamarzil

Ho.. unfortunately PENTOX is not accessible in israel..
My uro says: "there is no proof for PENTOX to help you.. so I can't prescribe it to you.. sorry."

What about buying Pentox from Riverfarmacy?
They are sending by parcel post, it may even don't go via the customs.
Check it out.

Forester,

Do you have any first hand experience or word of mouth about Dr. Dellon? I shot him an email, but it sounds like he can help.

Thanks,

to help improve  the effectiveness of cialis, try taking 750-1500 mg of L-Citrulline. If that does not work take 175-150 mg of pine bark extract along with that. A zinc supplement can also help with ed.

Since the above study it has been determined that L-citrulline works better than l-arginine.

I can vouch for pine bark (pycnogenol), it's helping my erections and is overall a supplement with an amazing profile, up there with coq10 and grape seed extract for overall health benefits.

Arginine and citrulline will help too just remember that your body gets used to it quickly and down regulates the effect, try to use it only on days you plan to have sex. Or experiment and see what works for you.
