Return of pain after 3 years?

Hey all--I'm back; life has been good. Lately when I get aroused it hurts again to have sex after not hurting for 3 years. What are the stages of peyronies? If this is a pain no further deformity thing--great,whatever--if this pain means further deformity, I literally cannot fathom something being so cruel. Any experience here fellas? Thanks

Regarding your question:
I never had pain, but what we call "Acute stage" can resurrect as it happened to me. The progression of the disease stopped after 24 months, no progressing for more than 12 months and then progression again. This was the stage I begin treatment that halted the progression (VED, Pentox, low dose Cialis, Ubiquinol).
What was the treatment that helped you in the past? You are doing some treatment right now? If not, start as soon as you can.
