VED & Traction Prep Protocol

Guys, forgive me if this has been addressed before but I wanted to share some info that has improved the quality of my VED and Traction therapies.

(1) I rub Vitamin E oil all over my penis.

(2) Based on someone's recommendation here, I created a rice sock. I heat the rice sock for 1 minute, 10 seconds and hold it around my penis being careful not to let it come in contact with my scrotum (I don't want to cook my sperm). I keep it in place until it loses the majority of its' heat. The heat from the rice sock may help the trans-dermal process for the Vitamin E oil. Either way, my main use for the Vitamin E oil is simply to soften the penis as much as possible.

Following this process improves my girth and length during the exercises and it seems to have improved my overall flaccid girth. In addition to using the rice sock before VED and Traction therapies, I'm also applying the rice sock at various times during the day. I'm happy with the results so far so I recommend giving it a try.

I bet that pulls blood in and totally relaxes the tissues. How long does it take for the heat to dissipate?

MattFoley

Dissipate from the rice sock? Probably about 10 minutes or so. And yes, it is relaxing the tissues and drawing in more blood. It looks and feels great. I just started applying the rice sock while I'm doing traction. Again, I'm noticing relaxation of the tissue and more blood coming in.

I'm looking at designing and creating an electric mini-heating pad just for my penis. That should be a great benefit while wearing the traction device and while I'm just sitting around. Again, we need to exercise caution to insulate our testicles from this heat.

Matt,

I believe it was me who mentioned the rice sock : ) I've been doing that for years. Dirt cheap, available at home right now, lasts a freaking year even with every day use. VERY glad to hear it's helping!!

NeoV, thank you for that tip.

I made the rice sock as per your instructions a few months ago but never used it.

I've been having a problem in getting good blood flow to my penis. Even after VED, my penis would "pull into itself" and basically shrivel up. Since I've been doing the rice sock treatment, it no longer does that. It hangs full. As I mentioned, I'll use the rice sock before VED/Traction, during, after, and during the day without VED/Traction. It works great. I'm amazed that such a simple solution works so well.

@MattFoley: How is this rice sock constructed? Can one also use this for cooling instead of heating? Because heat tends to make things worse for me while cooling makes it better.

emasculated, I just took a bunch of white rice and filled a white cotton sock with it and tied it off at the end. I don't know if it can be used for cooling. Never tried that.

maybe use frozen peas or sweetcorn in a plastic bag then in a sock for comfort. whatever you use would require water within in its substance, rice is dry.

I've been using a rice sock for heat and it works well but getting up and going to the microwave all the time didn't make much sense to me so instead, I took apart a heating pad and stripped it down to the elements and the cloth that holds the elements together.

Here's how I did it:

Penis Heat Wrap

Type of Solution: Hyperthermia

Objective: Increase circulation to the penis so blood can flow more effectively into the plaque and throughout the penile tissue

Method: Heating the penis using a modified heating pad

Items Needed: (1) Heating pad; (2) Cable Clamps, large size (I bought mine at "Ace Hardware"; they are literally called "Cable Clamps")

Tools Needed: Scissor; needle & thread may be needed if you accidentally tear a heating element away from the backing fabric

Step 1: Use the scissor to carefully cut into the heating pad. Cut along the edges of the pad.

Step 2: Cut away anything that is not the heating element or the fabric holding the element. If you accidentally tear the element from the fabric, simply sew the element back on to the fabric. If you're careful, you should be able to avoid that problem.

How to Use your Penis Wrap

Wrap the modified heating pad around the penis and use 2 "Cable Clamps" to keep it wrapped around the penis.

Be sure the pad covers the whole penis but keep the pad from touching your scrotum.

Use the Cable Clamps to keep the pad from unraveling. I put one clamp at the base of my penis and the other right under the glan (head).

Turn the heating pad to the lowest setting.

If it gets too hot, re-adjust the pad or add another piece of fabric.

This way I'm able to keep constant heat to my penis which has done a fantastic job in keeping my penis nice and chubby. The effect lasts quite a while and it has allowed me to overcome the disturbing shrinkage that keeps happening and it's great as a way to prep my penis for VED therapy.

"Hothands" is a convenient alternative to having to reheat the rice sock, but there is an added expense.
