Hello... I'm Dave Coast, 18, brazilian.

I know my penis is not normal, but my dillema is this - to my memory, I haven't always been like this, but I don't remeber anything that could have caused an injury. I actually don't know if this abnormity is that abnormal, so here comes a pic. Please, help me.

Anyways, I'm more interested in the treatment itself than in figuring out a cause....

Thank you, so much...

Dave

:o I forgot something... I'd like to know what's the average loss in Nesbit procedure. I guess it might have relation with the curvature itself and some dimensions. So here I give some "technical" informations - one side of my penis is 20,5 cm, the other is 17,5 cm, and the girth is 17 cm.

I've read somethings about Dr. Egydio and STAGE technique. Does anybody know the average cost of this surgery?

Thanks again...

You didn't got answers because can't see the picture. The only place that can post pictures on our forum is here:
https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/board,47.0.html
If you prefer, I can move you topic there and you may post the picture again if still can't see it.
Regarding Dr. Egydio and STAGE technique, he have a website, if you will google for him you will get there and you may ask for price.
I don't know how much is your curve an it may be congenital curvature and not Peyronies. If the curve is not big, surgery is not advised. Normal penises are coming in many shapes, not just strait penis is normal. Again, if we will see the pictures, some members may tell you they opinion.

hey dave
Dr Egydio and Dr Kuehhas have worked on the STAGE technique.
I was operated by Dr Kuehhas. Can fully recommend him.
I am also sure that Dr Egydio is great...

you can search in the forum, there are some reports on the STAGE
technique. I had a congenital penile curvature... from what i understood
STAGE is only for congenital penile curvature.

check:
www.acpct.com

it is their homepage explaining everything.

The relation of Congenital Curvature and Peyronies is fascinating to me.

I am not convinced that I have peyronies due to injury. A large part of me thinks that my congenital curve placed too much pressure on my penis and resulted in the hardening of ligaments and fascia that hold it up.

I have slowly been fixing my erection angle by lightly pushing downward on my erect penis and using the VED at a downward angle.
The results have been amazing. Whatever it was that was constricting my penis is going away, and I am straighter and finally capable of rear entry sex. The hinging effect is nearly gone, hourglassing almost gone, and the dents in my penis that I've had in my penis since 18 are no longer visible. This all came in only 3 weeks of downward VED followed by one whole year of manual ligament stretching.

Peyronies exists, whether it's from injury or structural problems, but I do not think anyone with a congenital curvature is in the safe. Rather they should be very careful and consider a tight suspension ligament and other connective tissue in the penis that needs to be stretched and expanded via VED or other methods.

Certain problems need to be addressed, even severe congenital curvature. This being said, I believe regardless of the issue at hand, we all need to focus on penile health in general!

Tim...

I also think that Dr. Egydio provides STAGE procedure. I don't know whether it's just for congenital curvature cases, but I'm going to get more informed about that anyway.

Thanks for replying...
