Can someone direct me to the page in which I may introduce myself and share..specifically.
Please spare me the editorial details.
I've tried to find the way in which to post for the several weeks but alas, no such luck, that's why I'm posting here ...thank's so much.

DBNO, acronym for "Down But Not Out"...
Hey there guys. First off, let me tell you that I am so grateful for this forum. Without it I would have probably become so lost in my head that the thoughts of suicide would have become much to much  for me.
Fortunately, I have eagerly read much of others experiences here and have been able to wrap my head around this terrible, terrible thing. In short, I have learned the many ways one can take action to elevate the overwhelming, maladaptive power of the emotional and psychological aspects attached to this disease.
Anyway, it came in late August of this year. I awoke with a somewhat erect penis and noticed that there was a rather large indentation on the right side of the shaft. Startled but not overly concerned I figured it would disappear as fast as it arrived. A week or so later another one, (though smaller in size) appeared on the left side. This got my attention because it now became clear that I was in possession of a malformed penis.
I reluctantly Googled, "I have indentation's on my dick".
I had never heard of the Pyronies Disease up until this point and became more and more horrified as I read on.....No cure... Ok,... Substantial shrinkage too?... I see... You got to be @$^+*%# kidding me! Overnight, it seemed that this once carefree, sexually core based male life I had been quite accustomed to, now appeared to one condemned to a life sentence of solitary confinement!
I phoned in for an appointment with my Urologist. Along with the photo I shot and the exam he performed, he concluded that I indeed had Peyronies Disease, though it be a mild case. Did he purposely neglect to tell me that it was insidious as well as progressive? No, he told me to come back in a month and shuffled me off with a handful of free Viagra. Fair enough. He was genuine though and extremely professional.
I have no pain and no visible scar tissue. But the 30 degree, "up and to the right" angle in which my penis is when erect clearly defines the presence of plaque. This is only knowable when doing a Viagra, because along with the new physicality of my penis shape, I've become impotent.
MANHOOD GONE! Just like that!
This month I'm going back to get a prescription of Pentox as to get started on the cocktail PAV.
I ordered a VED which should be arriving any day now. Iv'e read good things about the VED.
I had pondered when and how I got this Peyronies Disease and then it suddenly came to me. About 3 months prior to noticing the symptoms I had sex with a woman and she was on top. There was a major mis-thrust. I remember because this one really, really hurt. She came down hard. So I guess its plausible to assume that this incident may have triggered the required trauma. But this is only a readily accessible theory.
This forum helped me get educated really fast. On the onset of my Peyronies Disease I tried to learn everything I could-everyday.
I knew I had to do something quickly so I bought some OTC Neprinal and started to take Vit E. I've since learned that there is much, much more that needs to be done.
I have a sneaky suspicion that my sex life will never be normal again and that I often have false hopes that fluctuate up and down in varying degrees. I guess denial goes hand in hand with the acute phase. I do have hope though..
For those who wish to respond. I'm wondering when the advent of nodules / scar tissue will appear as well as the "pain" men talk about. I don't have those symptoms. I'm sure their coming, but I don't have them yet. I know it attacks each man differently...Thanks for reading my introductory posting.

DBNO,
You've come to the right place and have done your homework. Never give up, and feel free to ask questions. The senior members here along with myself are glad to answer questions. Many of us have resumed normal sex lives after the onset of Peyronies.

Great attitude. There are many of us here willing to help.  One thing I would like to tell you is use the Viagra and not to give up on sex. With peyronies the positions to avoid are girl on top or from behind. I recommend missionary and putting the girls butt on a pillow. That changes the angle and allows for better penetration and movement, without slipping out. Always have sex with a rigid penis and use a good lube to prevent futher injury.

Any questions along your journey just ask.
