Hola Familia,

I just started using the ELS40 suction cup extender device. I am wondering if those who have experience with it could share their thoughts, suggestions, tip, results etc on it. Really hoping this will help with my upward curve as well as break up plaque.

So far the device is really comfortable. Only real concern I have at this point is how my head is a little misshaped once I take it out of the suction cup.

MUCH RESPECTTTT!

I have it also. My problem is that after even 15 minutes my glans is becoming white like no blood flow there.

James, what size cup do you have?

I don't know the cup size, is not written on it. I don't think I need bigger, with this size also my glans are sliding out if I am not very careful with every movement.

james,

I dont seem to have either of those problems. Im curious why you are

MattFoley

James, there are 3 sizes. The standard size is the one that is shipped out. Something is not right. The fact that your glan might slip out is either because you're not wearing it correctly or it's too big. And the fact that your glan is turning white makes me think that's too tight. So I'm confused about what is going on.

Nevertheless, you know how important traction is for us so you might just have to use the traditional traction device instead. Let me know if there's anyway I can help.

God bless.

My big question is has it (the ELS40) helped anyone with the penis curvature problem ?
My urologist recommended it to use with the Xiaflex injection technique which I will not do as an invasive thing that scares the heck out of me. However, he says that just using the ELS40 will help
break up the plaque if done regularly. I don't really need to elongate but if it helps straighten the curvature, it will solve my problem.
Anyone had success in using it strictly for curvature correction ???

I'd like to know too. I have an upward curve and i've been using it mostly with the chest harness.

I find the chest harness loosens the tension when sitting.  any one find a way to keep the tension steady when sitting and standing?

same here, but if i tune it for sitting, when i stand up it hurts... :(

on the other hand it's extremely difficult to tune properly the leg harness, it always ends up hurting and way more than the chest harness may...

So, I haven't been using traction since about my last post below. I actually had been using it for very few days but it was very inconvenient. Difficult to do anything else while wearing the ESL40. The tension on the strap would become way too high at times, unless I set it to way too low to start with, so I was kind of forced to always stay in one position (sitting down or laying down) and then even then risk hurting myself every time I was making any move.

I suspected this was because I had to set the strap to a very short length and so a minimum absolute difference in extension would be huge %-wise and cause a large spike in tension.

So I devised a different harness, to wear as high as possible up my chest. Really close to my shoulders. It has a single strap to wear over one of the two shoulders and a circular band to pass right under my armpits (but the horizontal loop rides higher than my armpits). It is made of a flat elastic waist band, 1.5 inches in width, and metal D-rings of the same inner diameter. A spool of color matching thread and a few minutes at a sewing machine et voilĂ ...

It's way more comfortable than the stock ESL40 harness. It has two D-rings, one with the band coming down vertically in case you want the strap to be slightly pulling to one side, and one with the band coming down diagonally in case you want the strap to be pulling from the perfect center of your chest. You wear whichever D-ring you want to use on the front of your chest and you leave the other one unhooked on your back. If you want to be pulling off-center, you can decide whether to pull slightly to the right or slightly to the left by reversing the whole harness inside-out. The fact that the harness is made out of a flat elastic waist band helps amortize any jolt in the tension of the black ESL40 strap. See the attached picture for a better idea of what it looks like.

The tension now varies very smoothly and in an unperceivable way. It really feels exactly the same whether I am sitting or standing up. I can finally move around and do a lot of things and my productivity is now unaffected.

I now added a waist band with a single vertical D-ring in the back to hook to. That's the most comfortable and discrete setup of them all.

The only thing is: for an upward curvature this setup and the chest harness pull my shaft in the same shape as the curvature, not against it. I really feel I should build a better leg harness next.

Sounds good and the theory IMO is good, stretching in the direction of curve I think means long term you should achieve an expandable vessel (penis) enough to lesson the curve during sex. Of course care is needed with admirable patience thrown in.

Has any forum member achieved good results concentrating traction this way?, if so please post  :)
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

I just got my ESL40 with the leg attachment....I really like the setup, much more comfortable that my noose and rod device. I think I can easily get 8+ hours/day.....thanks to this board for pointing out that product. I spent less than $40 US

@Paolo

New member and first post. I got my ESL-40 last week and have been using it since. I got two tips that could possibly help you and others I found during my short-term use of this device:

1. To avoid blisters I put a little bit of thin lotion or three to four drops of water at the bottom of the cup before I pull it back to create vaccuum effect. Furthermore, it doesn't cause loss in traction and helps to take off device much easier.

2. I found a unused Casino Cord Bungie Lanyard and connected it with the bottom of the leg strap opposite of the one used to attach to vaccuum cup, which I then looped a lasso around the bottom of my heel and attached the open end to the snap on clip. This has created a consistent pull for me when I sit down - also, when I need to move about I simply unhook the lanyard from my foot and go about walking. You simply keep the velcro stap tight enough to cause tension when standing but lose when sitting, then the extra foot lanyard will help pull when sitting down; I used this type of lanyard in the pic attachment below because it is similar in tension and pull like the ESL-40 cord.

Hope this helps! I'll keep updated with my results, and hope to see other people's results too.

I watched several videos on the PMP website, and they supply a lube that you put on the head before using the suction device.  It makes a better seal and probably reduces irritation.  One thing I also do for irritation, seems to work for me, is I mix a few drops of vitamin e oil into some vaseline and put it on the irritated area after I use the Andropeyronie, as I get an irritation on the crown on my head.  I started doing that a while ago because I would get a blister if I masterbated too much ...
55 - Onset May 2017.  38 degree bend up.  Failed Xiaflex treatment.  Still functional so I decided to stop treatments.  Only take 400mg Co-Q10 and occasionally use Restorex

Thanks to the waist strap that I built, I clocked nearly 100 hours in the last 9 days!!!

I'm looking at the esl40's website and i cant decide between the chest harness or the leg harness. what do you guys prefer or find most comfortable? Has anyone had good results with the esl40 in reducing leftward curvature?

pey ron

Build your own waist harness and your own leg harness. You'll use the first when you are out and the second when you are home.

Just get the elastic chords with the quick release, then build your own harnesses.
