I bought a book for $25 named:
"Heal yourself from Prostate Cancer and Enlarged Prostate" with no medication or/and surgery.
The author had cured himself from Prostate Cancer by this $25 therapy.
When it not worked for me, after one year or so, I have written an email to him.
I got an answer from his wife that sadly he has passes away.
Guess from what? From Prostate cancer, after he healed himself with no med's and surgery

Dear James,

Thats too bad this gentlemens Cancer was not fully healed. However there are many cases of spontaneous remission to hold faith in. And its not a take a pill and see results type of protocol; truly it takes complete discipline body and mind to achieve it. But I believe it is possible!

According to his book he was fully healed with PSA much bellow the maximum for no cancer 8)
Faith is necessary in every treatment.
After doing everything as in his book for more than one one year including removing all the amalgam fillings from my tooth's (they were there for 20, 30, 40 years), fasting for many days to cleanse my body, torturing myself with many other things written in the book, spending a lot of money on the supplements, the results were:
1. Bigger prostate (not smaller)
2. I am losing my tooth's because from some reason the ceramic fillings (by 7 different doctors by now) are falling down and after each treatment the original tooth part is smaller and smaller.
3. Considerable shrink in my purse size because of the $$$$$ spent
For others it may work better, this is just my own experience :(
By the way, with the money the guy has made from the book, his wife can have wonderful life down in the hot Miami, many young handsome beach-boys there 8)

haha! - not laughing at you, but at the wife!

I understand where you are coming from; regardless my own personal belief is that the body can heal itself if the mind is able to direct it in doing so. Its not about cleansing, removing old fillings etc., its about being able to visualize and have complete belief- not something easy. But at this point this is only my desired beliefs and this expereince is putting me to the test to prove it. I am foruntately a psyhcology doctorate student so I have a passion for this.

Have you ever read the Biology Of Belief. Bruce lipton is the man Biology of Belief - by Bruce Lipton (full documentary) - YouTube

Belief is a very individual thing.
I lived in many places in the world, everywhere have local strong believing in many things, some believe that putting garlic in the room corners is a mast for any healing from any illness :)
In my country, we believe that garlic is good against vampires, ghosts etc'
Now seriously I am aware that if you believe in something, is half of the healing.
Unfortunately the Internet here is so slow that I can't see any video online.

The judeo-christian world view places considerable emphasis on physical healing. Exuberant, theology of prosperity touting  televangelists aside, I've seen it work for some people: 1.) laying on of hands; 2.) believing that you receive the healing power of god, i.e., the power to effect a healing and a cure as opposed to the healing manifestation itself; 3.) repeated spoken affirmation of  the reality of having received the healing power of god following the laying on of hands. Many of the more outspoken evangelists  have fallen under harsh criticism and rightfully so. This does not however mean that the philosophy is entirely bankrupt. Doug Jones has written some fascinating works on the topic with such titles as Understanding the Healing Power of God and  Positioning Yourself for Healing. The 1996 version of one of his publications can be downloaded as a pdf file online.  I've been at it now for about a year and continue to believe and thank god for my healing. What else can a guy do: eat well, exercise, maintain the peyronies regimen (Pentox, etc.) and believe that I received the healing power of God when hands were laid on my or when I prayed the prayer of faith. Unfortunately, there is no expedient remedy for this condition. So best make sure all the basses are covered. Hope this doesn't come off as some sly attempt at proselytizing...but that belief can have a radical impact on our physical being has been demonstrated to me on several occasions in the past....

Mentos- Because this thread is leaning toward a spiritual direction, let me say this. I have enjoyed your faith filled posts and see that you are inclined to a positive world view. I am concerned about some of your references to depression etc. Using religious parlance, let me paraphrase from memory a much wiser man than I "a man who wavers in his faith is like a wave on the sea, driven and tossed by the wind". We all have our doubts from time to time, but stay strong in your convictions and you will overcome in this arena and others. Regards Inkhorn
