Hello All, and than you for your support.

I have a simple question. Can Peyronies cause plaque build up in a straight line from the very base of the penis all the way to the tip? -1 solid line?

Litani

There is a thick dorsal vein that goes from the base to the tip.  Are feeling that?  It can be felt on either side.

Thanks for your reply James.

Sorry what do you mean adequate board?

So with this plaque that you have is there particular stretching or anything that you have found helpful to treat it? I have always had a congenital curve upward and since having this I feel it may be more difficult to lower my penis for insertion etc as a result of the plaque. However Again I am very early in this process and hoping to God it will heal itself and not progress any more.... Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Currently on ubiquonal, arganine, vit e, low inflamtion and high testosterone diet... Off to yoga now!

Hi Litani, Thanks for your reply.

Good question, but no i do not think so as it appears the dorsal vein does not go all the way up to the tip... I can litarelly feel a hard line from base all the way to the tip of my penis.

Norm

Mentos,
I don't think it possible to say what Peyronies Disease can or cannot do. It may present itself differently on you than on others. It does not, however, change the established treatment methods. Yours may be a hard line from base to tip. Others may be, and are, different. Keep on following the treatment methods you find here, assuming you have a Peyronies Disease diagnosis and not some other problem.

My plaque goes from the base to the bottom of the glan. My plaque stops at the glan. I don't think that the plaque can go into the glan because it's made of different material. I may be wrong on that.
Got Testosterone?

Unfortunately you are wrong. I have some plaque in my glans as confirmed by ultrasound.

MattFoley

RoyHobbs, I'm sorry to hear that. Can you describe what it feels like? Does your glan not engorge because of the plaque? Please share more details.

I too have plaque from the base to almost the tip.  It started as nodules, first central, then at the base, then in the glans.  Now it's just one long ropey thing.  It does not affect erections for me, and over time it seems like the plaque in the glans has softened to almost nothing.  I wonder if this is two years of pentox.  The softening might have been from the VI shots.  At the base it's gotten harder over time--like stiff cartilage.  I've started using a traction device the last couple months and it seems to stretch the "rope," but I've had no real loosening or (re)gain in length.  I resisted that traction device for a long time, but now that I'm doing it, it makes sense why it would help.  I'm less certain it would be helpful if the peyronies were just nodules.  Hope that's helpful.
