Has anybody tried a regular manual penis pump?

Yes Dmitri, that what I am using with big success. It was $50 in a sex toys shop.

Can you describe your technique please?
Are you using it when already full erect?
I'm assuming you're doing reps by pumping till hard and releasing the pressure.

D- I repeat what Jackp said, get a hold of Old Man and follow his protocol. Regards Inkhorn

D:

I highly recommend that you first open the VED board section of the home page index and read as much as you can there about the history, protocols for using VEDs and other vital information about their use.

As Jack says, I have many years of experience using VEDs for my personal use as well as counseling with many others on and off the forum in their use.

You mentioned something about using the VED with an erect penis in one of your posts. You do not start off using the VED with an erect penis. Read the procedure in the protocols and you will have a better idea of how they are used. One must start each therapy session with a flaccid penis for obvious reasons when you read the instructions of their use.

Send me a PM with all of your symptoms and any particulars that might help me in recommending the correct VED for your particular case of Peyronies Disease.

Old Man
Age 92. Peyronies Disease at age 24, Peyronies Disease after
stage four radical prostatectomy in 1995, Heart surgery 2004 with three bypasses/three stents.
Three more stents in 2016. Hiatal hernia surgery 2017 with 1/3 stomach reduction. Many other surgeries too.

As it is a one cylinder manual pump, I am following the protocol of JackP
The penis should be flaccid when starting
