Ben

Hello there,
I've been suffering for almost 10 years, since my 24 years old. Sport trauma made me impotent, deformed my penis and totally ruined my self confidence.

I've been in and out form traction to ved, including supplements. I've knocked to almost all qualified uro's in France. And one day one said : your penis is really knocked out,
you may benefit implantation.

I now have got a AMS CX. I trully love it and so do the girls I've been. "making love with you is such a trhill" one said. I lost no lenght nor girth, and most important of it : when I wake up in the morning I think about everyday life, I don't think about throwing me by the window.

Find a surgeon and do it !!

Welcome back Ben and thank you for your post. :)
It is an encouraging post and will help other forum members. :)
Could you give us the surgeon name and contact details? We don't have too many good surgeons for Peyronies and Implants in Europe.
If you don't want to post it, just send me a PM and I will post on the "Urologists and other Doctors"

James
Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

It would be really helpfull if you post the surgeon that did the implant.

MattFoley

Ben, does your implant allow your penis to fill up like your penis did before the injury?

Got Testosterone?

Ben

sorry guys for not being online for a while.
The surgeon who did the implant is Karim Ferhi, hopital Robert Ballanger 93 600 Aulnay sous bois France

Noway, I have to say something about the implant. When you pumped the implant without be aroused the result is a "flat" penis because the spongious tissues are not engorged. It's tricky to use it like that because the glans tends to buckle and it's a weird sensation.

When I'm aroused and have and erection, with the implant pumped it's pretty cool but not as before the injury (lost of girth).

I masturbate myself most of the time without actionning the implant : I have an natural erection

I thought it was not possible to get a natural erection after an implant.  Can you tell us what sex feels like when the implant is pumped but the head of your penis is flaccid?  Does it still feel as pleasurable?

I have had my AMS700LGX for 5 years now. Let me tell you if you think it is good now just wait a few months. It gets better and better as you heal. Complete healing can take up to 18 months.

In time the blood flow that use to go to the corpus caversonum's (where the implant cylinders are) will redirect to the corpus sponglosum/glans. This can take up to 24 months, but mine did in about 16 months. My wife and I were playing around one evening and she looked at me and said, I did not think you could get hard on your own again. Sure enough my glans was hard and the feeling were great.

Another single young man when he is with a new girl will tell them he is "Bionic".  It works as a introduction to the best sex she ever had.

Your story should be an inspiration to other young men. Glad to hear you are doing so well.

Another very encouraging post! I have a long ways to go before taking this option but it is good to know there is still hope if all else fails. The implant sounds scary but in the end it my be my only option for a fairly normal life again.

Ben

No, no my glans get nicely engorged while I'm aroused. I wanted to say that if I'm not aroused I can pump the implant but it's a bit weird to have penetration because the glans buckle.

Like I said when I masturbate I don't use the pump, I can have quite an hard on without using the pump.

Jackp I remember reading your posts again and again whishing I'd get a very satisfaying result like you. And indeed I'm so pleased. The implantation impact was far beyond the penetrative aspect, emotionnaly I feel restored. It's like my life has been set on pause for 8 years and someone one day pushed the "play" button.

knight55387 this option is considered as the "last hope" but it's the one with the higher satisfaction rate. Do be ashamed by the surgery pics, after the procedure you'll experience some stinging, some discomfort but pain rate score is generally low with the medeication.
The delicate thing to deal with is at the very begining your penis is recovering and the implant is pumped just a bit during the recovery time. After the procedure, I measured myself, it was a lot shorter and thinner to. I though in myself : "oh boy I gave my over than average semi hard-on and I'd have this tiny hard thing now ?" Within the month I recovered and I'm very very closed to what I had before surgery with the ability to have a very normal erection.

The glans buckling when you try to penetrate is a sign that you do not have the length and girth expanding implant or the implant is not properly sized.

I have chatted with several men than have this problem and let me give you a suggestion. Inflate the implant for 15 minutes twice a day. During that time squeeze the pump a few times ever 3-4 minutes. This will help the implant expand. Do this for at least 18 months.

For intercourse, take plenty of time for foreplay and make sure you both are very aroused. (I'm trying to tell this without getting too graphic.) Make sure the implant is fully inflated.  Put the girl's butt on a pillow and apply a good lube to your glans. Just before penetration squeeze the pump a few times to make sure the implant is fully inflated. Her legs should be up around your calf's.  Make sure your glans is at the entrance of her vagina and apply pressure slowly. This should allow you get the glans in. When thrusting make sure you do not slip out. It could take a little practice so make a game of it with her.

Within about 24 months after your implant the blood flow that use to go to the corpus Cavernosum's (where the implant cylinders are) will redirect to the glans. This will enhance your glans erections and feelings.

The best thing is to relax and enjoy. It will get better and better over the next couple of years.

ENJOY THE NEW TOY!!

JackP does the tips (pun intented) to inflate the implant twice a day is usable with an AMS Cx ?
As for the size, yes you're right one of the side is shorter than the other (and a bit thinner too). My uro's told me that there was a lot of fibrous tissue on the dead end of my cavernosa and he had a hard time making the cylinder to pass.

I also think that he though that it was better to allow one shorter cylinder to pass than to attempt to make one bigger pass and dilacerate the albuginea with the hegar dilator.

I thing that my bloodflow is almost 100 % returrned yet since I have morning wood. But I'll glad to see more improvement. The only thing that is missing about this implant is... a strong vibrator.

When I first started doing research on implants the most common complaint was floppy head/glans. My research showed that those implants were of the non length expanding type. Men with the LGX, length expanding implant, did not have that problem.

The twice a day routine will help with the girth of the CX and some of that will transfer to the length, but not like the LGX.

Dr. Milam has as special surgical instrument to help remove the fibrous tissue so he can get the LGX to work for 98% of his implants.  I know of several that have one cylinder shorter than the other. My left is 1cm shorter because of the scar tissue from the failed implant by a local urologist. I know a young man that has his right LGX implant 3cm shorter than his left. That let his left inflate into his glans and prevented floppy head/glans.

I have a standing order for a new implant with a remote control and vibrator! LOL
