I've been searching the internet for more info. I stumbled on  suspensory ligament injuries. I did a search on this forum and found nothing on it. After reading some of the symptoms that people have on this forum, some sound like a  suspensory ligament injury. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or know about it?

It happens. It's real. With rest it'll heal like any other ligament injury
Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.

Payne - My uro believes I may suffer from suspensory ligament damage - although he did not offer a cure (other than surgery which was not recommended).

Some symptoms include:

- longer hanging flaccid penis
- a twist (penis may twist when flaccid on one side or erect in a twisted state)
- deviation or bend without plaque/scar tissue
- penile torsion

From my understanding if the ligament is damaged it may heal however, if it has become detached - the only option is surgery. They can also detach it on the other side which may result in a slightly larger penis (still many risks involved).

If you believe you may suffer from this it may be best to see a urologist/surgeon who specialises in transgender surgery, they may be more knowledgeable in this area.

Jj, name one risk with Pentoplasty surgery.
Cutting the ligament won't do anything that isn't positive, correct me if I am wrong
