I currently have the fastsize version traction device....now owned/produced by physiomed. The design seems to be a bit "clunky" but I've made time for usage. my complaint...the noose! I've reduced the tension a bit which has helped but I seem to recall someone mentioning they have another attachment for the end of these types of devices that work on suction rather than strangulation! Does anyone remember the name of it or where to purchase it...or even know what I'm talking about? ???

I purchased the US PhysioMED traction therapy device over 6 months ago as per a referral from my urologist.  He suggested this device as they are the only US distributed traction device with a medically-backed and trial supported history when the company name was Fastsize.  They have recently added a comfort band attachment that comes with the usual tubing attachment as a secondary option to consider.  As I had scheduled surgery in July, I used the PhysioMED device as per the excellent consultation I received from the company, personally and directly for the first 2-months on a daily basis, and then switched to the comfort band 3-weeks just before surgery.  Three weeks after surgery, my Urologist required I go back to the stretching as a rehabilitation and maintenance program, using the comfort band.  My surgery was successful as I continue with the traction therapy, now 3 months later.  Results continue to get better.  Hope this helps.  :)

Can you give us some more details regarding your symptoms, what the traction has achieved and about your surgery?

James:   My Peyronie's Disease Overview as per your request:
1.   Noticed Peyronies Disease January/ 2014.  Out of the blue. No injury
2.   Got progressively worse within following 3-4 weeks.
3.   Went to Peyronies Disease Urologist Specialist in March
4.   Sonogram showed 55% Bend upward and signs of calcification already forming
5.   Went on 8-week Verapamil injection therapy [Ouch!  :'( ] program as per Physician's prognosis
6.   Also immediately started traction device, through-out, before, during and after verapamil treatments.  Helped reduce curve during 3-months and straightening, plus rehabbing penis from Peyronies Disease during this time.
7.   Surgery scheduled by Urologist for July, 2014.
8.   Switched to using the Comfort Band application of the traction device 3-weeks from surgery date, via excellent consultation from traction company  and my urologist.
9.   Surgery in July...I think called "plication surgery".  Very successful four weeks later after bandages removed.
10.   My Urologist put me back on US Physiomed traction device with comfort band which I now am 3 months later wearing 4-5 days/wk, 2-3hrs/per session.
11.   Very pleased with results as I continue rehabilitation. I continue to straighten (down to about 10 degree bend now) and have gained almost all my length back from Peyronies Disease!  VERY HAPPY with results, my urologist, traction device and company consultation.
Hope this helps.

Interesting. Have never heard of an account of improvement with verapimil injections by themselves, often people even get worse. But that is the second I've seen that has shown improvement with verapamil and traction together. Though traction shows improvement by itself, so it is hard to know where it is coming from.

I have seen a lot of posts complaining of numbness of the glands and slipping when wearing a traction device.  I modified my traction device with a Vac3 extension device from autoextender.  You can google it.  It uses a suction cup with tape over the end of your glands to provide traction.

I have worn it for as long as 4 hours straight but I don't recommend that.  Only use it 4 hours at a time to give yourself a break and to prevent getting a blister on the tip of your penis from wearing it too long.

If you search their site, you will see instructions on how to use the device.

The strap device was very uncomfortable and this is a much better solution in my opinion.
