So, i've been finding ways to treat my peyronies and found that heat has shown promise, my question is short and simple but need and answer. Cause i dont know much about temperatures... So today i decided to buy an infrared heating lamp that is 250W, to use, and found on this site that in 150W was used in studies at a close distance of about 8 inches to prevent cell death that occurs up to 104 or higher in temperature and just wondering is 250W heat lamp safe if i increase the distance from my penis or is 250W a little too high....my heat lamp says stay 18+ inches from the body, because im not sure how many degrees a 250W would cause on the penis, should i NOT use this one and just go  and order a 150W online, cause the other i found at my store only had 125W and 250? But no 150w's? I haven't used it yet, because i don't wanna cause necrosis or cell death, so i'll wait for some answers?

The hyperthermia thread is too long and it's a pain to seek trough. I read it from the beginning and am not smarter in any way.

Wouldn't heating the balls have a very negative effect on them?

Yeah, you definitely want to cover your balls from the direct light.
