YET I HAVE NO IDEA HOW it looks in real time - please put some picture with the traction ! please !

See this link.  It's not in English but mid-way through there are images of how it should look. I'm wearing mine now  .

The image does not show use of the soft foam cover you can put over rubber tube.  The tube can be uncomfortable if you do not cover it with something.
