Hi everyone- I was diagnosed with Peyronie's about two weeks ago.  Thinking back it may have started months ago, I was waking up at night with strong erections with a twinge of pain?  Was also on vacation recently alone with my wife, and took advantage of the alone time ;). After being diagnosed I tried to think if there was any specific incident where I could have caused injury to my penis, and I couldn't recall, although my wife seems to remember something. Woke up one morning and noticed slight upward curve when erect and small indentation about 1/4"-3/8" below circumsicion scar. From this point forward (towards head) seems rather unstable when erect, but not too noticeable when flaccid.  Noticed night time and morning erections not too good.   Tried to arrange an appointment with Dr. Mulhall in NYC but was told he doesn't see patients unless they're diagnosed with Peyronie's by a urologist.  Visited with urologist and confirmed Peyronies, he prescribed Cialis 5mg/day and return for Doppler ultrasound to check blood flow. He also checked prostate, blood test for testosterone level.  Had to convince physicians assistant to have Dr. prescribe Pentoxifylline.  He also suggested manual stretching, no use of VED and Verapamil injections if I wanted.  Going for Doppler next week, hopefully no more changes.

MUST READ BEFORE YOU POST - Information for new members - Peyronies Society Forums
Many forum members don't remember any trauma that caused the Peyronies symptoms, it may be micro trauma or repeated micro trauma.
