Diagnosed with Peyronie's last week, here's my regimen, would appreciate any comments, input, or advice.  Don't know if helping (it's still early),  but haven't seen much change either way.

L-Arginine 3,000 mg/day
Ubiquinol 400 mg/day
Acetyl-L-Carnitine 1,000 mg/day
Vitamin E 400 mg/day
Bromelain 2,000 mg/day
Omega 3 3,600 mg/day
Vitamin D3 4,400 I.U./day
Niacin 800 mg/day
Multivitamin 1/day
DHEA 50 mg/day

Are you using a VED or traction device?  I think you should use both.  My urologist recommended the Andropensis traction device and to use it 2-3 hours per day for six months.

I had already purchased a VED before meeting with him and I am using that each day as well.

He recommended 5mg daily Cialis, 2,000mg L-Arginine 1,000mg twice daily) and Pentox 400mg 3 times per day.

Willie

He advised against VED, don't know why when others recommend it, he suggested manual stretching when flaccid and bending in opposite direction of curve.  Going for Doppler ultrasound next week.  May try & get appointment with Dr. Mulhall in NYC next.  Thanks for the reply, good luck.

He advised against the VED but suggested manual stretching? I'd be more wary of that than careful use of the VED.

Your treatment sounds complete, except VED and traction mentioned in the post bellow.
Don't expect fast results. This treatment is a marathon not a sprint :)

I agree with the others. Manual stretching does not make any sense. You want to try either a traction device (see my other posts for the brand I use and recommend), a therapy with clinically proven results, or a VED although in my view that second option yields less results, at least according to the literature. Other members here report good results though.

It is important to act fast while you are in the acute phase. Get a penile extender ASAP, that would be my best advice. If you were diagnosed at an early stage, you may very well be cured soon.

Thanks for your replies guys.  Would like to share something with all in case this happens to you:  went to my urologist other day for Doppler sonogram to check blood flow and plaque, before sonogram I was injected with Trimix to induce erection, holy crap, that stuff is powerful!!  FULL erection in minutes, sonogram done-doctor said it should go away in about 1 hour.  Now have to walk to subway with super hard erection and then drive home.  PS-4 hours later still super hard erection with no signs of going away, getting uncomfortable-trip to ER and more needles in my penis to aspirate blood-penis is now totally swollen and bruised, as if Peyronies wasn't enough. Doctor assured me bruising and swelling will go away in about 1 week.  Also, if you need this procedure done alert your doctor beforehand if you're taking any Viagra, Cialis or Levitra!!!!!  VERY unpleasant experience.

Willie, I know it's too late now but considering that you have Peyronie's, it would have been more appropriate for the doctor to have kept you in the office to wait until your erection went down before releasing you.

And if you think the Trimix is powerful, wait till you try the Quadmix and then the Super Quadmix. They're incredible. A word of advice: Don't use a a needle bigger than 30 gauge no matter what anyone says. A 30 gauge, .5 inch needle is perfect.

Got Testosterone?

My Dr said by law he can not let you leave the office until it is flacid after the injection, but I think that only applies to the state I live it.  Good thing you went to the ER.  In the future sudafed is supposed to work too.
When you are in tune with the unknown, the known is peaceful.

Hi funnyfarm-I did take Sudafed 120 mg. three times and had no effect, damned doctor didn't tell me to stop Cialis day or two before injection!  Hopefully will not have to go through that again!  I'm in New York, going to check into that to see if it's law or not-either way would be goo practice.

Willie, Vitamin are ok but don't take so much of medicine as they have a lot of side effects in later life. I will advice you to do meditation, exercises and to eat healthy food such as fruits, meat, dry fruits and milk.
