And for he lazy ones or those who are short of time here is a summary of last paragraph

the role of antifibrotic agents such as phosphodiesterase inhibitors (note by Obsie : PIs keep blood vessels dilatated, they include sildenafil such as Viagra, vardenafil such as Levitra and Staxyn, and taladafil such as Cialis) in reversing or altering Peyronies Disease progression could play a synergistic role in the use of Penile traction therapy (PTT) as part of a multimodal treatment strategy

PTT certainly meets the need of a well defined patient population, namely men with a more acute phase of Peyronies Disease and greater penile curvature.

The study is reinforcing the opinion of many forum members that to fight Peyronies you need a
Quotemultimodal treatment strategy

James

Absolutely, but one should make sure that the drugs used do not have unwanted interactions.

You can check for possible interactions at Drug Interactions Checker | Drugs.com
The page will also give good advice on proper use, for instance it is not recommended to drink grapefruit juice when using Verapamil.

My problem with those checks for interactions is the sentence bellow:
QuoteNo results found - however, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. ALWAYS consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
And the problem continues, because the pharmacist and the doctor don't know also.
Have also encouraging things like:
Quotepentoxifylline interacts with more than 100 other drugs.
So you can go and see them one by one :)

I agree, but it has more to do with lawsuits avoidance than knowledge.
One should check for strong interactions, going deeper is probably a waste of time. Of course this is not a medical advice, always consult your clinician.
