To anyone,

First time to see this forum. I am 59 year old male married 41 years this August.
My problem started about 3 many 4 weeks ago, didn't pay much attention to the plaque buildup
Slightly behind the head until I started to curve up. Last week I started to have pain during erection.

I started to research online and thought I had a fracture, however I never had any instance of pain, bending or swelling nor bruising. While surfing tonight I came across a Mayo Clinic article
On PDS.

So I have several questions for all you young men! I will keep it to one or two tonight.

Anyone here on testosterone injections? I have been on the due to LowT for 12 months. My levels were initially around 50. Pretty dangerous causing a lot of other side effects I am now on 1 per month last level was back to 500.

I am wondering if any correlation to PDS?

Saw a web site for  A Global Nutra Labs Medicalâ„¢ Company but saw a lot of forums calling it a scam.

Planning to call a Urologist tomorrow. Where else should I start? What questions should I ask?

Thanks,

Twilliam

Twilliam,

I don't know of any study that definitively states this. There could be an indirect correlation such that is someone with low T had "weak" erections, then you were more susceptible to trauma. And the trauma was the trigger for the Peyronies. There is no clear reason on why we get this disease. The important thing is that once you know you have it, is how to aggressively treat it.

If you haven't done so yet we ask all new members to read the following:
