In need of advice (cant last)

Okay guys here it goes.  I don't know where else to turn to but you guys out there who can somehow relate to what I am going through.  When I do have sex I cant seem to last more than one minute thats right one minute without ejactulating.  My theory is because of the bend which makes the friction greater which causes the ejactulation to happen a lot sooner than I want it to.  This is not funny at all and is getting very, very frustrating. My urologist put me on Cialis  which was supposed to help with this which it does not.  If anyone has any suggestions I would  certainly appreciate them.  This is a serious matter to me and I would like to rectify it as soon as possible.  As you can tell I am frustated with the situation but I feel like this is the only place I can open up and talk about it.  Thank you.

Consider Dapoxetine.

Dapoxetine (INN, brand name Priligy) is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) marketed for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men. Dapoxetine is currently in Phase III (human trials) of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval process. Dapoxetine is the only approved clinical treatment chemical for premature ejaculation, ever, in men, in the world.  SSRIs have long been known to cause prolonged ejaculation in men and orgasmic difficulty in women; however, the longer duration of most SSRIs means they would not be suitable for treatment of a single issue like PE when the other effects would likely outlast the benefits of treating PE. Studies have suggested that dapoxetine has strong potential in the treatment of premature ejaculation. In a review of data gathered from the phase III trial, authors conclude from data that dapoxetine is well-tolerated.  Secondary effects of premature ejaculation such as personal distress, interpersonal difficulty in relationships, and low satisfaction with sexual intercourse were also improved.

In 2004, dapoxetine was submitted to the FDA  by the ALZA Corporation (owned by parent company Johnson & Johnson)  for the treatment of premature ejaculation.  The FDA issued a "not approvable" letter for dapoxetine, meaning they required additional clinical examination submitted in the form of a peer-reviewed study. Two more trials were completed in 2006 and the drug is still under FDA reviewing process as of 2010.

I have the same issue! Ever since injury I have not been able to last long at all, it used to be a breeze lasting for ages.

I lost some length and that means the foreskin is in much more constant contact with the head of my penis now, which may be what is causing me to ejaculate faster. Just speculation though...

There is zero chance of me taking  an SSRI for this issue.

Not so sure I would want to take an SSRI.  They can have some very bad side effects.

I would first try some mind over matter exercises that can be found with a little research on the net.

The first drug I would try is 1/2 50 mg trazadone.  Not only do they give NTE , they also delay ejaculation to some extent.  Best of all it is dirt cheap.  Tell you doc you have a little trouble sleeping from time to time and you want to try it since the side effects would actually help.  He should not hesitate at such a minimal dose.

Trust me, guys, I hate SSRI's and never recommend looking into them lightly but if this issue has a significant impact on your relationship, it may be worth a shot. However, I agree with Hawk and I would give Trazodone a chance since it's cheap, readily available, and may very well do the trick, including the added benefit of NTEs.

I've taken Trazodone at night and Viagra during the day. No problems. But I don't take Trazodone every night because it does have some addictive qualities if used every night over the long term.

I have significant ED but with heroic action I can get an erection and one point in m favor is that when I get one it always lasts for as long as we want.  The trick is getting it, so I have tried Levitra and Trazodone together and tossed in L-argiine on top of that.  I want to stress this was not a Peyronies therapy it was to overcome ED and it worked fine.  I would caution that the are some health risks involved with that so BEWARE.  I think L-arginine is not supposed to even be used with Viagra since it is a NO per-cursor.

Hawk is right. Be very careful taking L- Arginine with any ED drug such as Viagra. The combination can dangerously lower blood pressure.

I have used Viagra and Cialis and Arginine ALL at the same time and got as far as an 80% erection with no side effects except for nasal congestion. But keep in mind that I don't have any heart issues so you have to give consideration to that health issue.

I think most of the warnings relate to the normal dose of 100mg Viagra or 20mg Cialis. As most of the guys here take only a fraction of that amount, that should be ok for most. However, as Matt alluded to, if you have any heart problems, or are taking any medication to control blood pressure, it would be wise to check with your Doctor first.

Pentox has been know to lower blood pressure !

funnyfarm, excellent point. That just goes back to what I've been saying from early on: Pentox is a miracle drug!!

I take 400 mg just before I go to the gym and then after I get home. It seems to reduce next day soreness. Plus, the vascularity it creates in my body is incredible!! For a bodybuilding nut like me, it's incredible standing in the mirror looking at my veins exploding out of my body!!

Also, I think I saw something that indicated it can prevent (or help) strokes and denentia. Those are the two illnesses that scare the begeezus out of me!!

I can't see ever stopping to take this drug, Peyronie's or not.

Thanks for the advice.  How do I go about getting this Trazadone??  Next question are their any positions that help you last longer with pyronies. If it is any help I have about a 45 degree bend to the right from the base. If someone could answer these questions it would be helpful
