Storing it is becoming more and more common. It costs about $100 a year. Why store it? I think you can use the cord blood stem cells to help your kid if they get sick and need stem cells. Don't know much about it but it seemed like a smart thing to do at the time. Then I got hit with peyronies and thought... Hmm, maybe those cells could help me too..
