Hello there,
I had surgery 4 days ago. Pain was moderate and without any opiates post-op (in France physician thinks strong painkillers are for dying patients...anyway).

The results is a bit so-so for the moment. According to the peri-op paper I've red, i've been implanted a AMS 700 CX, 18cm+2cm rear tip extender. I was 14 cm distal and 6 cm proximal. But I'm now 12.5 flaccid. ??

One cylinder is just Under the corona and the other is a bit Under the other. So there is a residual dorsal curve at the end of my penis. The surgeon told me that I had a lot of fibrosis and he could not push the cylinder into the glans. One cylinder is also thinner than the other, and so is the end tip. I didn't ask him if the cylinder are different, but it seems to be I've one CXR and one CX. Is it possible ??

Glans engorgement is ok and I can for sure penetrate a women if I'm "in", if not there glans may be buckle with the cylinders. I am waiting for activation to see what things really are.

I've a very nice flaccid girth. Pumped it will be great, as for lenght, I've lost a bit more than 2 inches compared to my prepeyronie lenght, so I'm nostalgic and feel really short.

I hope that I should regain some lenght during the following weeks, but I doubt that cylinder would go further toward glans.
Do you know if flaccid lenght and pumped lenght are the same with a CX ?

Post-op Day 8 : The cylinders tips are both the same in girth I made mistake, probably due to the swelling. I'm now 5 1/4 inches flaccid, and yesterday I had on hard on. Like before surgery it goes away very fast but I was 6 inches from base to tip.

I think that cylinders collapse a bit into themselves as I'm uninflated. Some men who have girth expanding implant only, notice a difference in lenght flaccid and erected (between 3/4 to more than 1 inch). Like Hawk said here, with this type of implant, flaccid or erect it's the same, and logically it's true. Just assuming the fact that between the post-op flaccid lenght and 6 months erected lenght there would be changes.

All I can say is if you want to have an implant don't wait to much as penile fibrosis (due to injections, peyronie, new traumas...) can really impact the outcome in a negative way.

Pain in the penis just after surgery was much more bearable compared to PGE-1 injections. No need to fear pain at all.

Post-op day 14 : I activated my implant on myself because I was worried about the result. I was happy to see that I'm about 6 inches. I had not pumped to the max because pump zone is still painful and it was hurting at rear and end tips. Hardness and girth were so-so, I guess because I was just partially inflated.
At this time I can for sure I'll be somewhat close to my pre op lenght, at least less than a inch which is a nice outcome.
