As an introduction, Male, 56, diagnosed about 18 months ago. The (disease) has progressed to the severe side, 70-90 degrees to the left and now "hinge" effect at the base.

Hoping, with the help of the forum, to find recommendations for a qualified doctor in the Miami area for this
medical specialty.

Thanks and look forward to documenting my progress towards correcting this condition.

Welcome to the forum.
Regarding a qualified doctor close to you may try to find at:
Urologists and Other Doctors - PDS - Peyronies Society Forums
I will advice you to read the forum to understand better this disease and how to fight it.
My daily treatment is:
3*400mg Pentox (Trental), if too much side effects 2*400mg.
4mg Cialis (cutting the 20mg in 5 pcs)
2*500mg Acetyl L-Carnitine will increase soon to 3*500mg
2*1000mg L-Arginine
3*100mg Ubiquinol
VED, 20 minutes
With his treatment (like all the others except surgery) you can expect improvements after six months or more, some people have faster improvement. Consistency is the key of this treatment.

I agree with everything james1947 listed.

I recommend the Arginine for night time because it might make you sleepy. Or, you can use Citrulline Malate, which gets Arginine directly into the system and won't make you sleepy.

Acetyl L-Carnitine is also a must for me. It will act as a bit of a stimulant so take it early in the day.

The only thing that I've changed as per Dr. Lue's instructions to another patient is to increase the Pentox dose to 6 tablets of 400 mg. per day. I space them out about one every two hours. At first, I had some stomach discomfort and some anxiety because of the increase but after two days and making sure that I took the dose either with a meal or with a protein drink, I'm handling it just fine. I think the constant dosing helps keep the Pentox at the highest possible level in my body and that can only be good in my war against the demonic collagen.

5 to 10 mg. of Cialis is also a great idea. I trade off between Viagra and Cialis.

Also, the VED is not only great for fighting the Peyronie's but it's also great for enlarging the penis. I hang fuller and longer when I pump daily.

I also recommend working on your Kegels. We need that strengthened pelvis to counter the venous leakage. I can constantly force the blood back into my penis using Kegels.

Lastly, if you haven't already done so, I beg you to have your testosterone checked. I got my Peyronie's after my testosterone levels fell. If your testosterone is low, please consider having some kind of replacement like Axiron.

Welcome to your recovery forum and good luck.

I google for Kegels and I  found a lot of contradictory things regarding how to do, time etc.
"Find the right Kegels" is also not so clear. Have explanation on what they are, but how can I know what are the "right" Kegels?

Anyone that has had a prostatectomy and an investigative mind knows about Kegles.  The best way to find the proper Kegel flexing is to cut urine flow off at full stream.  That is the motion.  Kegels are best performed with a MINIMUM of external muscle involvement.  It is all internal.  The butt cheeks, abdominal muscles or thighs should NOT tense or contract.  If you do them with an erection, you will see your penis jump from the increased pressure.

Who knows the best routine.  I do sets of 20, holding for one second.  Then I do singles and hold them for 20 seconds each.  I do not think there is such a thing as over developed Kegels.  The only danger would be doing them during sex and lifting your partner off the bed. :)

james1947, I agree with Hawk in that there is no one-size-fits-all Kegel routine. At least none that I've found. The only thing that bears caution is that you should not do them everyday because the muscles need a chance to repair so every other day is OK.

Thank you for the answers.
Regarding:
Quotelifting your partner off the bed
I was able to do it even at 61 ;D
And then Peyronies stuck and now can just dream about past times :(
