Just started traction with the quick extender. I was all excited about starting the treatment until I put it on for the first time. My penis flacid is to small for device.  It will fit but I have to tighten the silicon strap down pretty hard across my glands. I got my answer wearing the device in public. I hope this does  some good and real fast.

I got the same problem and it slips out.

Try the noose then. Work a bit of blood into the penis and strap in the noose under the edge of the glans, pulling back foreskin if you are not circumcised.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

I've been struggling with the traction also. In my first week with little traction applied, I either pulled out or had to strap so tight it turned blue and cold... not happy. Tried different wrappings, gauze, vet wrap etc but nothing worked well. Could only get about 20 minutes at most before it came off or I had to remove it. Was about to pitch the device when I stumbled across a wrap that has worked great for me.

Non-Adhesive Shelf Liner http://www.amazon.com/Duck-1100731-Non-Adhesive-12-Inch-20-Square-Feet/dp/B002AS9NAI/ref=lp_3744211_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1368015790&sr=1-1 Cut a strip to make a couple wraps at the glans and use the noose. I can strap much looser with no color or temp change and haven't slipped at all. Managed to wear the device for 4 hours yesterday (with breaks) and an hour so far today.

Good luck. Hope this may help.

Hi
I used, one year ago, an Andropenis device with a strap. It was painful and I had to take it off after 30 mn, my glan completely blue. I stopped using it. After careful research I bought, one month ago, a Penimaster Pro device, which works with suction instead of strap. The only pain I have is the one incurred by traction, and I have no slippage problems plus the blood keeps circulating everywhere, making it theoretically possible to wear it for hours ( I have not exceeded 6 hours). So I woud strongly recommend this extender, although it does not come cheap. I believe the Phallosan might be a good alternative, although they only provide a belt system.
All in one I would really recommend avoiding any kind of strap- based device.
