I have those ribs, like these guys:

QuoteI too have a couple of these fairly prominent "ribs".unfortunately that's pretty much the only penis characteristic I share with Drilla

Working on it though.

I'm certain that I've always had these. I assumed everybody did, but apparently not.

They may have become more prominent over the past 8 months or so of PE, but then again it may just be that I'm paying far more attention to my dick.

I'm pretty sure they're not veins or helicine arteries. For one, I can see the network of blood vessels on the outside of my dick and these "ribs" are significantly larger than any blood vessel including the dorsal artery .

Secondly, my veins and arteries get rigid when clamped but otherwise are fairly pliable.the ribs are quite firm whenever I'm erect.

Also, when I move my skin along the shaft the blood vessels move with the skin whereas the "ribs" stay in place with the "body" of the penis.

I suspect that Tube was correct with his suppositions about fibrous bands in the corposa, but I think some sort of deformation or herniation in the tunica is a possibility as well.

I just might have to follow in Big Girtha's footsteps and seduce me an attractive female urologist just to find out. Gonna put on another inch or so first though.

If anyone does definitively know what they are, please share. Although more educated guesses or wild speculations are always welcome.

Mine are three fairly prominent and one not so much, in the sides of the penis, only really noticeable when I have an erection lying down or in a chair. The ones of the guy are bigger but mine are more defined. But with an effort you can see them in the flaccid state as well. Along with my random pains, im wondering if this is fibroid plaque, collagen scars and if it can worsen with time. Im gonna see a Peyronies specialist in a month. Maybe we will pay a private one but more likely I will spend the money in treating it on my own because of my large experience with spanish doctors.

Thanks!
