I would like to give an update regarding my Peyronies, the improvements are not enough significance to post on the "Improvement - Accounts of improvements in deformity or erection." So I am posting here.

My Peyronies started at January 2009. It started slowly, after a prostate surgery and a "pop" noise during sex. Two main plaques developed, one at the base that makes a dent and the penis bends left and one on the top side, from the base until under the glans that makes a strong upward banana shape. The plaques that now both are calcified developed very slowly during some 30 months and together with it ED that worsened with time until even 100mg Viagra can't achieve a 100% strong and long lasting erection. I had never pain during this time. I have lost 2&1/2" in length (the VED give me back 1/2" so now the lost is 2") and around half of the girth.

I have started treatment very late as can be seen bellow and I am very sorry for that.
My daily treatment is:
2*400mg Pentox – morning/evening, started at January 2012
4mg Cialis (cutting the 20mg in 5pcs) – evening, started at April 2012 replacing Viagra that started at November 2011.
2*500mg Acetyl L-Carnitine – morning/evening, started at September 2012
2*1000mg L-Arginine – evening, stared at June 2012
2*100mg Ubiquinol – morning/evening, started at June 2012
VED, 20 minutes (30 minutes in the last month), started at October 2011

My wife stated a month ago that my erections in the last period are much stronger than previously.
This reminded me that in parallel I begin to have again night and morning erections that I have lost long time ago. Not strong like in the past, but they are there and improving.
I can say for sure that the bent is less also. Not significantly, but I can penetrate more easily.
I have also feel that the erections lasting longer than before.

My conclusion? My treatment begins to give results.
I was planning for an implant at the beginning of November, I will postpone for a few weeks to see if have some additional improvement.
The only problem is that if I stop the treatment for a couple of weeks (I stopped in August , when in holiday) the improvements are going away.

James,

Glad to hear about ANY IMPROVMENTS.  Thanks to the VED, I have had about a 10 degree improvement in my curve and thanks to the supplements and maybe the VED, I get nocturnal erections almost every night (I didn't used to).

And I don't have any pain during or after erections and/or intercourse.

Obviously, none of the above would be considered ground breaking improvements, but as I've previously stated, "not getting worse is an improvement".

Considering what you have been through and the lateness of treatment your improvement sounds impressive to me! I would stay the course and see what happens in the months to come. As many have told me "this is a marathon, not a race". Now that you have a treatment combo that is showing results I would give it more time if I were you. Oh, a heartfelt congratulations as well.

Thanks for the encouragements. :)

As I wrote, I begin to treat this disease very late and gradually added components to the treatment.
I suppose if I was treating it in the beginning, my situation today was far better. This is the reason I am encouraging people to start treatment as soon as possible.
Even that GS statement:
Quote"not getting worse is an improvement"
is 100% right I think that I have real improvements also.
Regarding gaining back 1/2" and "some" girth is directly VED result as I begin with the VED only and the result was within a month.
