What is the general prognosis of peyronies? Does it get worse over time?

What is the actual problem that peyronies causes? Is it pain? difficulty having intercourse?

What forms of treatment are there?

Can it be so mild that it goes unnoticed and does not cause any problems?

How does it affect your sexual desire and orgasm?

I will try to answer to your questions best as I can and what I am writing is my opinion, other people may think different:
QuoteWhat is the general prognosis of peyronies? Does it get worse over time?
Peyronies is a progressive disease. It may stop progressing or the symptoms will revers by itself, but is very rare.
Best chance to stop the progress and even revers it is to begin treatment earlier as possible.
QuoteWhat is the actual problem that peyronies causes? Is it pain? difficulty having intercourse?
Some people have pain, some not. Difficulty having intercourse can be because the penis is not enough erected to penetrate or the bent angle not allowing penetration. I don't know if Peyronies causes ED, but in most cases Peyronies sufferers have also ED.
QuoteWhat forms of treatment are there?
Proposing you to read the treatment boards of the forum
QuoteCan it be so mild that it goes unnoticed and does not cause any problems?
The answer is yes. The problem is that Peyronies is a progressive disease and without treatment  you will begin to notice more and more and to have more and more problems during time.
This what happened to me, for months was unnoticed, no pain and developed slowly slowly.
QuoteHow does it affect your sexual desire and orgasm?
In my case it didn't effect orgasm, other people may say it effected them. Regarding sexual desire it effected me, maybe because I know the difficulties I will have to maintain a lasting erection.
