Hey everyone,

I am now 24 was diagnosed with peyronies at 20. since then i have seen two more scar tissue plaques form. 1 near the left base and one near the top. the first and biggest one is in the middle of the left side. However they are more like indentations so it is hard to notice unless you feel my penis. my penis used to bend to the left but the whole thing. now it almost stands straight. and ive been on neprinol for a month now. and it seems that the plaques have shrunk quite a bit.. Now i dont know if this is my skin just healing over time or something to do with neprinol. However my penis has still not been hard enough to penetrate this whole time. ive tried viagra in the past but it was not effective. Im wondering if it can be effective now? Because it seems as if my penis is around 70% of its potential of being hard.

The other thing is i recently made a trip to phoenix, az to see a specialist. they checked me and did an ultrasound after sticking a needle in my penis. OUCH. penis felt weird whole plane trip back home lol. But they recently called me and told me they found no signs of plaque build up and no venous leakage which is good. but they did say that their is something effecting my bloodflow which they dont know. they also said that i would not need surgery to correct it, which i did not want to do anyways. However i can still see and feel which i assumed and other urologists to be peyronies. Is this urologist wrong, did they make a mistake with the ultrasound? or is my peyronies somehow regressing? or is it something else which seems like peyronies?

I do take phenomenal care of my body as i train in mma/fball and i am fairly young. does this have anyhting to do with it. and i dont remember anyhting that would have cause a tear in my penis. i had a weird dream about e.t.'s woke up and had peyronies one day out of the blue. and when i initially had it the scar was at least double the size and my pneis bent a lot more to the left. now it feels noticably stronger after 4 years.

thnaks,

First to your questions:

QuoteIs this urologist wrong, did they make a mistake with the ultrasound? or is my peyronies somehow regressing?
Can be, especially because as you stated
QuoteHowever i can still see and feel which i assumed and other urologists to be peyronies

Quoteor is my peyronies somehow regressing?
Can be, you can best answer to this question as you are following the plaques growing/regressing.
You may want to see again other uro's that confirmed your Peyronies in the past to get they opinion.

Quoteor is it something else which seems like peyronies?
My private opinion from reading your posts and as you have stated that urologists (plural, means more than one) confirmed your Peyronies. I may be wrong as I am not a doctor an what I know is from reading your posts.

What I don't understand and makes me to think you need an other examination by an other doctor is:
Quoteno venous leakage which is good. but they did say that their is something effecting my bloodflow which they dont know
If they don't know, who may now? You suppose to guess? search the internet for answers? learn urology in the university?

If your penis is 70% hard you may try again Viagra, Cialis and/or Levitra. Everyone reacts different to this medications, Viagra has helped me in the past while Cialis had done nothing except side effects.
From the other side, the low dose daily Viagra has not helped me much, but the low dose daily Cialis helping a lot.

I would like to ask you if you made some treatment during the 4 years you have Peyronies and if yes, give us some details.
