Hello everyone. I found this group through a Google search about Xiaflex. I enjoyed reading some posts as a Guest but joined today. 55 years old, diagnosed about 15 months ago. Urologist that first diagnosed me put me on two months of Allegra plus some sort of antibiotic. He told me no one is sure why it works but many times it does. I must admit that it did improve things from what I can only describe as a corkscrew bend to a simple 45 degree upward angle. Still disconcerting to look in a mirror but not as bad as it was.

Sex is challenging. Even using the commercial ED drugs doesn't provide a firm erection like it used to.  My wife is understanding but it has taken a toll on our intimate life.

Anyway, just wanted to say Hello and that I look forward to hearing further results with Xiaflex.  It does sound promising.

Welcome to the forum.
Your doctor is right on one point, with Peyronies, what works for one it may not work for other one.
You have seen improvement, it may be from the medications, it may be from natural development of the disease.
I begin to treat my Peyronies very late and it is very bad approach.
You must to be proactive, read much as you can on the forum and continue to treat your Peyronies, especially because you have already improvement.
My daily treatment is:
2*400mg Pentox (Trental), if don't have side effects 3*400mg is better.
4mg Cialis (cutting the 20mg in 5 pcs)
2*1000mg L-Arginine
2*100mg Ubiquinol, if younger than 40 may use 2*100mg CoQ10, much cheaper
VED, 20 minutes
You can expect improvements after six months or more, some people have faster improvement. Consistency is the key of this treatment.
