This was a shocking development.  Couple weeks ago my husband (35 years) showed me the new 45 degree bend that had developed overnight.  I was terrified when I saw and didn't know what to say or do.  I suggested he go to the doc asap.  He had kept it to himself for about a month.  He shrugged it off and said it was probably some form of ED and he wasn't too concerned.  Wow.  He finally did go to the General Practitioner a couple days ago and was given the Peyronies diagnosis.  He has an appointment with a urologist next week.  Not sure what to say or do, so I'm just keeping quiet.  I did ask if it hurt and he said no.  We did manage to successfully engage in relations, so I guess it's not the end of the world.

Is a good thing that he have no pain and can still be in relations as you say. If it is Peyronie's, it have to be treated as soon as possible, in the early stages of the disease the chances are better.

The knowledge of your General Practitioner seems to be very good if he understand in Peyronie's. Did he made an ultrasound test to confirm the Peyronie's?

In any case, prepare yourself before seeing the urologist to ask the correct questions. I am proposing you to read as much as you can on the boards of:
Urologists and Other Doctors
Oral Treatments for Peyronie's Disease

I would like to mention also that have a ladies only room also, man don't have access to this room. If you don't know how to get there, you may post on the board of "Women Speak Out about Peyronies Disease - PUBLIC Forum" and will get advice how to connect there.

I agree with James, good that here is no pain and maybe you caught it early.

The most difficult thing is the WAIT.

Both of you hang in there.
