Castor Oil Pack

Im kinda new here and not sure where to post this topic, but i've read good things about castor oil with keloids/scar tissue, and i wanna try it the thing is they need to use a castor oil pack for peyronies that you wanna use HEAT.. the thing is this is quite difficult how are you supposed to use a heating pad, or even a bottle like they suggest is there another way to apply heat to the penis so castor oil can be absorbed i tried a heating pad but there too large, and mine didn't get hot enough, any suggestions for castor oil combined with heat?
