Mourning my old shape

Just as much as the size loss, I really hate how the shape has changed. It's become disproportionate in girth between the lower half and the upper half, and I doubt I will ever afford the kinds of surgery that help with this.

So you have been dealing with this for 4 years? Have you tried traction or VED therapy? I'm sorry for the emotional toil it has taken on you. There is hope though!
