sometimes when I drink, even small amounts of alcohol (like 2 glasses of wine), I have penile pain the next day and inflammation. I do not know if this pain correlates to progression of the disease but it makes me very scared of more plaques and my penis just feels bad.....

anyone else has this?

I do know that alcohol does cause inflammation in our bodies and everyone reacts differently. For me when I have had a couple of drinks the next day my joints in my hands are sore. Peyronies is aggravated with body inflammation. You may have to keep your drinking to a minimum and see if that helps you.
