Hello,
I am a 20 year old male and have always had some congenital curvature to begin with this was mainly a slight left curve which looked natural. However, during my freshman year of college I noticed that my penis was starting to curve a little more aggressively left and ventrally as well. This made me very concerned because I was trying to finding a romantic partner at the time and was overthinking about how my partner would view my penis and if she would think I was weird or something was wrong with me. I decided to start researching on my own on what could be happening and learned that it was probably Peyronie's. However, I do not remember a specific experience where the trauma could have happened during intercourse or masturbation. I also have no pain with erections and don't have trouble getting them. But, as time went on I became very insecure about my curvature and have lost a good bit of confidence with my social life and relationships. I haven't had intercourse since I started to notice the ventral curve.
That is when I decided to visit a urologist to see what my options were. I was informed that I probably had some peyronies along with my congenital curvature. I was immediately recommended surgery as my curve was measured 45 degrees to the left. I decided after another follow up with my urologist that I wanted to try non surgical options and purchased the RestoreX device. I am currently using that and have been everyday for about a month. No results yet except some slight length increase. I have started really researching this and have made it my mission to correct this and figure out how to combat the curve. I am open to any and all advice which is why I have just joined this forum. Currently, I do 2 30 minute sessions a day with RestoreX. 15 straight traction, 15 counterbending to the right. 15 straight traction, 15 counterbending up. I have also started to incorporate Neo's rice sock method for heating just once a day before my first RestoreX session.

I am very active as I am a college athlete and have a pretty clean diet. Strength training 5x a week and sometimes more. Is there any advice or things I should incorporate into my routine (supplements, diet, etc)? Thanks please feel free to comment, anything helps!

Welcome MikesWay to the forum and thank you for filling out your signature line. If you have not done so pleae download and study our survival guide -->Survival Guide . This should answer a lot of your questions about this awful disease.

Doing traction is great and also warming it up before hand is good too. The Restorex has the counter bending feature. Some men have used the Restorex for longer periods of time and have still seen results, but they were slow. I started using the PMP for 6 to 8 hours a day and did gain almost all of the size back. Eac hman is different.

I would think twice before surgery but if you do I would seek out  a Dr with a history of successes under their belt. It's good to have you here!  :)

Welcome aboard Mikesway:

In my opinion you did the right thing by taking the conservative approach for now. Especially if you don't feel any pain with your erections and there is no progression of the disease.

I would say to stay committed and dedicated.... possibly you will have some results with restorex. Maybe you will also find beneficial to take measurements as you go along.

The PMP is also a traction device. It is called the PenimasterPro.  It has a suction cup device for your glans and it has more gentle traction compared to the Restorex. You have to wear it for longer periods though. It does work if you have the time to invest in it.
